What do you like best? Smartspokes displayed a highly professional behavior in our collaboration and asked us intelligent questions on our projects which led to high-quality outcomes!

What do you dislike? I cannot really state anything that I didn't like or appreciate. I perceived SMARTSPOKES as very supportive, helpful and professinal.

What do you like best? The personal contact was friendly and helpful without exception. No problem was too big not to be solved.

What do you dislike? Honestly, there is nothing to critique as their service has been consistently excellent and I can't find any flaw.

What do you like best? That there is almost never a "No", they always try to make it possible. They even did non-translation tasks for us.

What do you dislike? You never visited our office, you are welcome any time. We and other teams in our company are working with Smartspokes since 2019.

What do you like best? The clear communication style and competitive service. Both are very important factors for us to decide when choosing partners.

What do you dislike? The ability to possibly scale to more projects. Would be nice to see them grow more in the near future.

What do you like best? By providing the technology using memory translations we are able to provide a very efficient translation service to our clients we work for several years throughout many projects.

What do you dislike? I really can not provide any dislikes along the at least 18 years lasting partnership. We only had the so called good times together.

What do you like best? Very responsive, great flexibility and competence, fun to work with. Abilitly to deliver excellent results within tight time lines

What do you dislike? Now that's a pretty dull task to make me write a lenghty text when all I wantt to say that there is nothing I do not like about working with SMARTSPOKES

What do you like best? SMARTSPOKES knows very well what we need by now. The quotation, order and delivery process is as easy as pie. Deadlines are consistently met and usually even ahead of schedule. I love, that they work with the same tools. This saves me so much time. The translation quality is the cherry on the cake! We're in Switzerland, where french or italian is slightly different then in Italy or France. Our employees in Ticino and Romandie are most impressed by the translations from SMARTSPOKES. By far.

What do you dislike? I dislike, that I cannot work more with SMARTSPOKES. But this has only to do with the budget that I have, or don't have, at my disposal.
