What do you like best?
The ease of use and how intuitive the platform can be. Polls and advice are the two features that make it stand out for me personally.
What do you dislike?
I would most probably add the limited integrations that Charlie offers. This is not a deal-breaker by any chance, but I would assume that integrations are a must-have for bigger organizations.
