What do you like best? What I like most is how it visualizes task dependencies and deadlines in one clear Gantt chart, making it easy to see how each stage of my thesis connects to the next.

What do you dislike? Honestly, I haven't run into anything I dislike so far — it's covered everything I needed for planning my thesis

What do you like best? I particularly like the ability to export printouts and tables of my charts to send drafts to my supervisors, and the progress percentiles to indicate how much work I should expect to complete each day. The UI is very neat and organised, and allows me to link task dependencies without issue. The email reminders of due tasks are a welcome bonus. It makes me feel in control to see the overall progress of what I've done and what still needs doing.

What do you dislike? It would be very beneficial for small educational research project to introduce a free tier for one project by one member. I would also like payment options in AUD. The only thing I dislike about GanttPRO is that the click-and-drag drawing tool for setting task dates is a little imprecise and requires manual typing to get them spot on. Dragging the dots and the edges of the task bars does help. Optimising this drawing tool would greatly help my management efficiency.

What do you like best? I liked that you can manage all your project ,also you can asign who has to do the task and how many time do they have

What do you dislike? That you need to buy a plan to recover your gantt project so its useless try to get it again,and is very expensive

What do you like best? I like how easy GanttPRO is to use while still being very powerful. The interface is visually clean, tasks are simple to create and update, and timelines are clear at a glance. It has been especially helpful for managing course deadlines, organizing assignments, and planning long-term academic and DNP-level projects without feeling overwhelming.

What do you dislike? As a new user, there is a brief learning curve when exploring some of the more advanced features, and it takes a little time to discover all available options. However, this is minor and improves quickly with use, especially given how intuitive the overall layout and navigation are.

What do you like best? Easy use and doesn't require training, the dependencies are there and very helpful...................

What do you dislike? Loads a lot and exporting needs to be in a better view so it would be easier to print ..............

Hi Sara! Thanks so much for your feedback! Regarding the loading time, we’ve recently rolled out a major product update that should significantly improve performance and reduce waiting times. As for viewing the Gantt chart more comfortably, I’d recommend changing the View option to “Touch”. On the export page you can also filter the chart by defying the Date range from the project Start date to its End date. This may help to remove blank space on the timeline. What do you like best? I was completely lost with my tasks and deadlines before using GanttPRO. My project felt disorganized, and I struggled to track progress or understand how everything connected. After switching to GanttPRO, everything finally made sense. The platform is incredibly intuitive, visually straightforward, and easy to navigate. I quickly organized my tasks, set dependencies, and created a timeline that actually reflects my real workflow.

What do you dislike? Not able to manage tasks with a sequential number like 10.1 or 0.10 or a number with leading zeros. You all need to fix that. Also, the date management format allows other date and time formats to be used during the importation of data to GrantPro

Hi there! Regarding 10.1, it looks like the project you’re trying to import starts with a subtask number (for example, 1.1 or 10.1) instead of a main task (1 or 10). This means the project contains subtasks without a parent task and this structure can’t be imported. To fix this, please either create a parent task (for example, task 10) or manually adjust the numbering (change 10.1 to 10, 10.2 to 10.1, and so on). Hope this helps!

What do you like best? As a student, I really appreciate how GanttPRO helps me break down big assignments into smaller steps. It makes my workload feel more manageable and helps me stay on track even when I’m busy with classes and other commitments.

What do you dislike? The only thing I like the least is that updating task details can feel a bit repetitive when I have many small tasks to manage.
