Genially placed a link over course navigation that redirects to their site - out of the course.

What do you like best? I created a full online course using Genially on the Education plan with simple gamification.

What do you dislike? Genially placed an interactive link over the site navigation in my course - disabling the course. When my students tried to navigate to the next page, that click redirected them to the Genially website where they could not get back into my course. Genially deny it happens, despite proof and suggest I upgrade to stop this happening. They refuse to give a refund.

What do you like best? Their template library is huge and allows you to select any format you like and adjust it to your presentation. 99% of the time this works great and most important of all you need to have a strong background in creating presentations. The tool more or less guides you throughout the whole process.

What do you dislike? Sharing options could be improved, ideally we would like to first share them internally, gather feedback and then share them publicly. Ideally something similar to what you can do with Google docs for example.

What do you like best? It is extremely easy to use to create powerful presentations and infographics. Lots of customization options and buttons to help the end-users. I would highly recommend someone to start with the Free version to get a better idea of all the features.

What do you dislike? Templates are so and so. Having worked with other similar tools, I find their template library quite limited and old-fashioned. This is an area they really need to invest in.

What do you like best? Genially helps you create videos, presentations, infographics in a simple but effective manner. Their pre-designed templates library gives us a lot of options as well as the ability to revamp our older material and give them a fresh look. I haven’t tried the animations yet, but I'm pretty sure it will be awesome, just like the rest of their features.

What do you dislike? It takes quite a bit of time to feel comfortable while using it. Although there are lots of videos, help buttons and their support team, you really need to invest time in getting to know their interface.

What do you like best? Τhey have an extensive list of templates you can use to fit your needs.You can also import YouTube videos and use a wide variety of multimedia in your presentations and infographics.

What do you dislike? You may experience a couple of issues while using some of the ready-made templates as well as when you import audio files. I cannot think of anything else.

What do you like best? Genially is user-friendly and has several features to enhance your projects. They have a large library of beautifully design templates. Their gamifications templates are very impressive and inspirational. I generally look to their templates for inspiration to create my courses or projects in Genially.

What do you dislike? I have used complexed authoring tools such as Adobe Captivate in the past for my projects, but where Genially could improve on it the ability to download your course as a SCORM file, so that the user can upload it onto their LMS.

What do you like best? You can literally create any material you need. From charts and infographics, all the way to photos, videos, presentations etc. Their platform is intuitive and fully customizable.

What do you dislike? Nowadays a huge portion of our work is done via our mobile phones. I would have liked Genially to introduce something along these lines in a future release.
