What do you like best?
With Greythr in hand, our payroll processing and employee record maintenance have become much smoother, and we are now able to do more strategic HR planning. It is an intuitive leave management system that allows for easy tracking and approval of time-off requests. Aside from this, payroll compliance is automatic as all statutory compliances are pre-fed in the payroll routes with no manual intervention. It also contributes to income tax and expense calculations.
What do you dislike?
For first-time users, the range of features can make it a bit challenging to navigate. Other modules, such as performance management, may feel more rigid and less well-developed for organizations with highly customized processes. It would also be beneficial if reporting were more dynamic, with filters that allow you to select specific data quickly.

What do you like best?
I handle attendance daily, and greytHR removes so much manual work. I can review entries quickly, make changes without stress, and stay updated with ease. It keeps records clear and helps me stay on top of tasks that used to take much longer.
What do you dislike?
Customer support feels slow at times, and waiting for updates interrupts my progress. Issues get routed around, and I cannot move forward on urgent items. I keep smaller tasks going, but bigger ones must wait until help arrives.

Almost every HR need is covered on the platform, from payroll and attendance to leave management and expense claims. It is highly scalable and can be utilized by both large and small organizations. HR management becomes significantly less cumbersome with automated tax calculations and compliance updates, all accessible on easy-to-read dashboards.
What do you dislike?
It can be challenging to customize the platform according to niche HR policies. The interface is easy to use, but some functionality will require training for new HR staff. Response times from customer support can sometimes be slow, and integration with specialized reporting tools for advanced analytics is limited.

What do you dislike?
I wish I could adjust more settings because the limited options make certain tasks harder for me. I look for workarounds often, and they are not always convenient. It works for basics, but I need more flexibility for specific needs.

This helps save a significant amount of manual paperwork, enhances compliance, and also streamlines payroll in real-time. It enables HR teams to have instant access to employee information with its intuitive dashboards and reporting tools.
What do you dislike?
Integration is limited with some third-party accounting and ERP software, which means manual data exports are sometimes necessary. There may be some delays in processing and generating the complex reports, at times. Push notifications for approval and alerts could further improve timely action via the mobile app.
