What do you like best? Jobsoid offers impressive value for money and is well-suited for organizations of any size. The platform’s interface is simple, modern, and easy to navigate, even for first-time users. What stands out most is how effortless it is to post openings. You just enter your job requirements, and Jobsoid automatically distributes them across multiple job portals, saving hours of manual posting. This automation ensures a steady flow of candidates without the need for constant monitoring.
What do you dislike? There's nothing much to add here as the platform performs reliably and offers excellent functionality for its price.

Jobsoid is simple, fast and reliable. Makes hiring easy.

What do you like best? Jobsoid makes job posting effortless as well as candidate management. The setup is super quick; you can create a job listing, share it instantly, and start receiving resumes without needing a tutorial or technical know-how. I especially appreciate how everything from job creation to applicant tracking happens within a few clicks. The platform runs smoothly, keeps candidate data organized, and makes it easy to review resumes as they come in.
What do you dislike? There isn’t much to criticize here. While every system has room for improvement, Jobsoid already feels thoughtfully designed and responsive. Perhaps adding a few more advanced analytics tools or templates for screening could make it even stronger, but that’s a small wish list rather than a complaint. Overall, it’s one of the simplest and most dependable applicant tracking systems I’ve used, offering a user-friendly experience that saves time and helps you focus on hiring the right people.

Great For Posting Jobs Quickly But Custom Workflows Lack Flexibility

Nov 27, 2024

What do you like best? In our experience, Jobsoid really shone in getting jobs live rapidly and letting us handle incoming applicants in a neat dashboard. The favourite feature for us was how quickly and easily we could clone a job posting for a similar position and reuse templates. It saves our team multiple hours a week, allowing us to schedule interviews and send automated communications.
What do you dislike? We attempted to customize the hiring process for highly role-specific pipelines (one of which had several unique steps for this role), but the necessary flexibility was not available. Again, it felt like a simplified version of the desktop interface, so it was not the most effortless experience for on-the-go work.

Great Value For Money And Intuitive Design But Support Is Inconsistent

Nov 16, 2024

What do you like best? I like that Jobsoid gives us a full applicant tracking system without a high price tag. Compared with some platforms we explored, this tool feels quite affordable while still offering the features we need. The candidate management tools help keep resumes organized and allow our team to stay in sync on applicant status.
What do you dislike? Customer support can sometimes feel inconsistent. In a few instances, reaching the right support person took longer than expected, which delayed resolution of issues during busy recruitment periods. When rolling out new features or debugging problems, I occasionally had to follow up multiple times before getting the answer I needed.

Excellent Value For Startups But Workflow Customization Is Limited

Oct 26, 2024

What do you like best? Jobsoid offered good value for money in a smaller company where the budget is tight. We could try out most of the essential features through the free trial offer, and the price for the paid plan was still competitive when we upgraded. The candidate pipeline view was intuitive, and the collaboration tools (comments, ratings) helped our hiring team stay aligned on candidates without having to deal with dozens of email threads.
What do you dislike? As our hiring matured, we began to notice some constraints. Workflow customisation is not exhaustive, and handling bulk candidate communications (for example, rejecting multiple candidates at once) was cumbersome. The mobile experience is also less robust, making it more challenging when our recruiters work remotely.

Fast Job Posting And Smooth Onboarding But Workflow Lacks Flexibility

Sep 19, 2024

Overall Rating 83%
  • Usefulness
  • Usability
  • Customer Experience
  • Likelihood to Recommend
What do you like best? Using Jobsoid has streamlined our recruitment process from the very first posting. Creating a job listing, pushing it live across various job boards, and collecting applications happen quickly and without confusion. I especially like that I don’t need extra training to start posting roles or collaborating with team members on candidate evaluations.
What do you dislike? One downside I’ve noticed is that the system does not allow much flexibility if your process requires nonstandard stages or unique candidate scoring rules. I find myself working around what’s available rather than shaping the workflow naturally to our needs.

Excellent Candidate Tracking Features But Analytics Are Lacking

Sep 19, 2024

Overall Rating 84%

What do you like best? Jobsoid offers excellent candidate tracking features. Not only were we able to create clear stages in our hiring process and sift through applicants with ease, but we also had a central place to see the history of communication: no more spreadsheets and emails. It has saved a lot of time. The onboarding process is quick, and the system is easy to use for non-technical HR professionals.
What do you dislike? If you require more intricate analytics or custom fields associated with individual applicants, that is where the product appears to fall short. In addition, some integrations (with our calendaring system and job board) needed additional custom work, which further extended our setup time.

Centralized Hiring Makes Tracking Easier But Analytics Are Too Simplistic

Sep 15, 2024

Overall Rating 83%

What do you like best? One of the things that impressed me most about Jobsoid is how it pulls recruitment tasks together in one environment. I can post jobs, manage resumes, communicate with candidates, and collaborate with team members all from the same dashboard. It makes candidate tracking far easier than dealing with separate tools or manual spreadsheets.
What do you dislike? There are times when some functionality feels overly simplistic compared with more advanced systems. For example, filtering by specific resume content or skills could be stronger, and advanced analytics options would help show trends over time rather than just current snapshots.

Streamlined Hiring Flow But Reporting Module Is Limited And Rigid

Sep 15, 2024

Overall Rating 81%

What do you like best? Jobsoid has streamlined our mid-sized team's hiring process. The platform is easy to navigate, and our new HR team member was able to post jobs and review candidates in just a matter of hours. We liked the feature that allows us to push jobs to multiple boards at once, and the email reminders about scheduling interviews kept our workflow on track.
What do you dislike? The core functionality is good, but the reporting module is somewhat limited, and we cannot customize it to track specific metrics that interest us. Even when we needed to solve the problem quickly, sometimes the support reply was delayed.

Simple ATS With Solid Candidate Sourcing But Mobile App Lacks Features

May 25, 2024

Overall Rating 83%

  • Likelihood to Recommend
What do you like best? My experience with Jobsoid has been positive when it comes to sourcing candidates and keeping hiring organized. Posting roles across multiple free job boards in one click is a big advantage, and I appreciate how resumes come in neatly as profiles I can review anytime.
What do you dislike? The mobile app lacks the full set of features available on the desktop, which can limit tasks I want to complete while on the go. Also, while basic monitoring and reports are available, more sophisticated data analysis, like deeper trend tracking or benchmarking, would be helpful.

Solid ATS For Growing Businesses But Support Responsiveness Is Slow

May 25, 2024

Overall Rating 83%
  • Usefulness
  • Usability
  • Customer Experience

What do you like best? Since we started using Jobsoid, we’ve noticed improved candidate visibility and a reduced risk of losing qualified applicants in the process. The platform centralises job postings, candidate communication, feedback, and scheduling, which made our workflow more professional. Affordability and scalability were significant pluses for us.
What do you dislike? That said, in a few instances when we encountered bugs or wanted to request a feature tweak, the response from support was slower than we expected; it took several days rather than hours. Additionally, the level of custom filters for candidate searches is somewhat basic compared to those found in higher-end ATS systems, which may constrain experienced recruiters.

Easy To Use ATS Simplifies Hiring Tasks But Mobile App Features Are Limited

May 18, 2024

What do you like best? Jobsoid has made the recruiting process way easier for our team. I love how simpler it is now to post job openings and manage candidate responses without needing technical help. The interface feels intuitive, so new users on my team quickly learned how to navigate the platform and begin sourcing candidates effectively.
What do you dislike? While Jobsoid does a good job overall, there are areas where it feels a bit limited. The mobile app has fewer features than the desktop version, which means I often have to switch to my computer to complete certain tasks. Viewing detailed candidate profiles and making edits on the go can be frustrating because the app does not support all functions.

An excellent recruiting platform that simplifies hiring

What do you like best? Jobsoid has been a real game-changer for managing our recruitment efforts. Posting jobs and having them automatically shared across multiple platforms like Indeed saves hours of manual work and helps attract a wider range of qualified candidates. I also love how customizable the application process is; you can include screening questions, request videos, and even assign job openings to different managers for review. This makes collaboration simple and keeps the process moving smoothly.
What do you dislike? There’s not much to complain about, but I do wish navigation was a bit more intuitive when looking for older job postings. It takes a few extra clicks to access archived listings, which could be streamlined. Another small issue is the generic rejection message template. It would be great to have more flexibility there to personalize responses for candidates

What do you like best? Jobsoid offers a smooth, end-to-end recruitment experience that’s easy to manage even for teams. Creating job posts, screening applicants, scheduling interviews, and sending offers all happen within one interface. I especially appreciate how simple the system feels; you don’t need lengthy training to get started. It’s built for collaboration, allowing multiple team members to review candidates, share notes, and make hiring decisions faster. The built-in reporting tools are another highlight.
What do you dislike? That said, there’s still room for more flexibility. The applicant tracking workflow could use deeper customization for organizations that follow unique hiring stages. Similarly, expanding integrations with other HR or payroll systems would make it more powerful for teams that rely on multiple tools.

What do you like best? Jobsoid initially stood out for its wide range of advertised features. On paper, it looked like the perfect recruitment tool that covered everything from candidate sourcing to interview scheduling and CRM-style communication. The interface seemed promising and easy to navigate, with all the essentials a growing business or HR department might need. It gave the impression of being a comprehensive, modern solution for managing hiring and building strong pipelines.
What do you dislike? Unfortunately, my experience never got past the demo stage because of poor support. The demo itself felt unprofessional, with the presenter clearly distracted and unable to answer key questions. Afterward, I reached out multiple times for clarification on pricing and data migration, but received no response, not even from the supervisors copied in the thread! That lack of accountability raises real concerns about reliability.
