Really a flexible platform with great support team
May 11, 2025
What do you like best?
What I enjoy most about Simplero is the balance it offers. It gives me the ability to create just about anything, from courses to automations, while still keeping the experience approachable. The flexibility is impressive, and it allows me to adapt the platform to my needs as my projects evolve. Another highlight is the support team. They don’t just provide ticket responses; they actually hold weekly Zoom sessions where you can ask questions directly, which feels incredibly helpful.
What do you dislike?
If you’re new, it may take a while to understand how all the features connect. While the live support and weekly calls are great, written documentation could be more comprehensive to help fill in gaps between those sessions. At times, I’ve found myself waiting until the next Zoom meeting or reaching out directly for help on things that could have been clarified with a more detailed guide. The system is strong, but without proper guidance, it’s easy to feel like you’re missing something
Excellent service with a wide range of features!!!

What do you like best?
Simplero has been one of the most impressive platforms I’ve used for managing websites, landing pages, and online courses. The system gives me the flexibility to keep everything in one place, which saves a lot of time compared to juggling multiple tools. What really stands out is the support team. Any time I’ve needed help, they’ve been responsive, clear, and quick to resolve issues. Their availability makes a big difference, especially when working on deadlines.
What do you dislike?
At the same time, Simplero can feel overwhelming. There is no simple 'getting started' path for new users, which makes the setup process harder than it should be. Most of the guides are in video format, which slows things down when you just want a quick written reference. Even when you find a walkthrough, you often realize that certain steps aren’t included in the base plan. That creates frustration, because you may spend time completing tasks only to learn you need to upgrade
It provides a wide feature set for course creators

What do you like best?
Simplero has a unique range of features, even compared to other all-in-one learning management systems. What makes it stand out is how many tools are integrated into a single platform like course hosting, student communication, payment processing, and even marketing functions. For educators, coaches, or trainers, this means you can build and deliver a complete learning experience without piecing together different apps.
What do you dislike?
Simplero is definitely more technical than I expected, particularly since I had already built my website on WordPress before joining. For someone who isn’t as comfortable with tech-heavy platforms, the setup process can feel a bit frustrating. I think users who start fresh with Simplero will benefit the most, but those migrating from other systems may face a steeper learning curve. More clearer pathways for people switching from existing websites would help ease the transition.
The features are great with helpful customization.

What do you like best?
One of the best parts of using Simplero is how much control you get over each feature. The platform offers a detailed range of options, which makes it easy to adjust settings and refine elements to suit different projects. Having that kind of depth means you’re not boxed into a single approach. You can really shape things to match your vision. It’s especially valuable when managing courses or setting up automations, as the system allows you to fine-tune processes rather than sticking to defaults
What do you dislike?
While the feature set is strong, I’ve noticed that the page builder and course design tools don’t offer as much creative freedom as I’d like. The layouts are functional, but they can feel restrictive if you want a more modern or visually distinct look. For users who want to brand their content with unique styles, it often requires extra workarounds or outside tools. I also think the design templates could benefit from more variety, since they sometimes look too similar to one another.
An easy way to sell your courses and learning content
Feb 11, 2025
What do you like best?
Simplero makes it easy to sell and deliver both digital courses and related physical materials from one place. For instructors and coaches, this means you can manage everything from video lessons to printed workbooks without needing separate platforms. Students can quickly access their course content after purchase, which creates a better learning experience. I also appreciate how the platform brings course delivery, student communication, and sales tools together under one roof.
What do you dislike?
The pricing structure might not suit everyone, especially for smaller coaching practices or new course creators. While the core features are strong, the entry plans feel limited compared to the cost, and upgrading can quickly add to monthly expenses. For someone just testing their first course, this can be a difficult commitment. Offering more flexible plans or a starter tier with stronger course-building features would make Simplero a more accessible option for independent educators.
