If you have an ambition to initiate change through education, this is your tool.
What do you like best?
To find SmartBuilder, I searched a lot, but knew it instantly by looking at the sample lessons! Then I was supported from the moment the free trial started, with instant replies. The software also provides understandable fundamental instructions, within itself, No need to waste your time searching for instructions on YouTube. There are free live instruction sessions, as well. My overall experience has been very promising! I intend to build a lot of lessons!
What do you dislike?
This will not be a drawback to many, but the price might be a little high, if you come from low-income back country/ background.

I’ve used many authoring tools. SmartBuilder is by far the best.
What do you like best?
I love the way SmartBuilder creates actions using drag and drop blocks that snap together. It’s different from other tools – much faster and easier, especially when I want to create more custom elearning. With other tools I spent hours pulling my hair out trying to create learning exercises that I now do in a fraction of the time. I can’t say enough about their support. I can contact them on chat, and they are always willing to look at my projects if I can’t figure out something on my own.
What do you dislike?
I can’t say this is a real negative, but with so much flexibility, it was sometimes hard to know where to start. However, the recent addition of full course templates provides ideas for layouts and interactivity, which would have been helpful when I was learning the software.
