Pros
  • Customer Support & Service The support team is highly praised for providing a genuine partnership rather than an impersonal vendor relationship. Reviewers noted that support feels "human in a rare way: conversations, not scripts" and operates like "working with colleagues," with user feedback frequently translated into direct product updates.
  • Feature Set & Functionality The platform’s built-in AI tools are described as an incredible timesaver, successfully generating full course drafts, reflection prompts, and quizzes from short prompts. Reviewers also celebrated robust collaborative tools, such as automated peer reviews and integrated group activity forums.
  • Ease of Use & Navigation The user interface is described as calm, modern, and inviting, ensuring that learners don't have to ask, "where do I click?" Administrators noted that the course builder is highly intuitive, making course creation feel "more like assembling ideas than configuring software."
  • Customization & Flexibility Reviewers valued how well the platform scales with organizational complexity, offering a rare mix of simplicity on the surface and power underneath. It cleanly adapts to variations in branding, permissions, course structures, multimedia assignment formats, and mixed synchronous or asynchronous cohort models.
  • Implementation & Onboarding Moving to the platform is straightforward even for first-time LMS users. Reviewers indicated that setting up the system was "actually pretty easy," allowing organizations to onboard community members quickly, backed by a success team that makes course migration effortless.
Cons
  • Reporting & Analytics Issues Data visualization and tracking are major targets for improvement. Multiple power users noted that "advanced reporting could be more detailed for heavy ops use" and that the analytics dashboard lacks the robustness needed to easily visualize group-level averages or compare cohort performance without digging into individual student data.
  • Customization Limitations Certain native design choices and settings feel restrictive to power users. Reviewers mentioned a desire for more granular control over course landing pages (such as changing fonts and color options), hidden advanced settings that require manual exploration, and rigid completion tracking that prevents setting specific conditions to unlock the next activity.
  • Performance or Reliability Issues As a living and rapidly changing product, minor stability issues occur. Reviewers pointed out that "some AI features are still maturing" and produce varying results that require extra testing, while others noted they occasionally hit "small bugs, especially when using newer features."
  • Limited Features / Missing Tools Users flagged minor workflow omissions, such as user management lacking a smart cleanup tool (meaning removing inactive users is a manual chore). Others noted the password reset workflow could be simplified for younger students and expressed a preference for a native mobile app rather than just a responsive mobile browser interface.
  • Cost & Add-ons Tiered package limitations can cause friction for growing small teams. A non-profit user noted that they "ran into storage limits sooner than expected" on the basic pricing plan, wishing that more space was natively included or that upgrading paths were more transparently communicated.

What do you like best? They have all sorts of tools that make creating courses easy. The best part is the social learning feature - it's like having a virtual classroom where everyone can chat and learn from each other. This keeps students interested and makes learning more enjoyable.
What do you dislike? The only thing missing is some more advanced reports. I'd like to see more details about how students are doing so I can adjust my training as needed.

What do you like best? Getting started with Teachfloor was amazing! Their team helped us move all our old courses over to the new system with no sweat. Even better, we got two free calls directly with one of the founders! They showed us the ropes of the platform and gave us some awesome tips on how to build even better training programs. Overall, it's been a fantastic experience so far!
What do you dislike? It would be super helpful if Teachfloor let me save things like videos and documents within the platform. That way, when I'm building new courses, I wouldn't have to keep uploading the same stuff all over again. It would save a lot of time!

What do you like best? The Teachfloor team has been with us every step of the way since day one. From our initial demo, they’ve helped us migrate our courses from our old LMS and supported us through every phase. I’ve never experienced such attentive and available support. As for the LMS itself, it’s perfect and modern, exactly what we needed to create interactive courses with added social learning tools.
What do you dislike? We did encounter some issues with SCORM files, but it turned out to be a version compatibility problem, which the team promptly resolved.

What do you like best? I've been using Teachfloor to run leadership programs for companies, and it’s been an absolute game-changer. Our cohorts typically have 10-20 members, and the platform fits this training style perfectly. What really stands out is the Teachfloor team – they’re incredibly quick to help us out. I love the direct, personal connection I have with their team, and the tool itself is spot-on for running leadership cohorts, which is exactly what we need.
What do you dislike? Honestly, I can't think of any major issues right now. Any small suggestions I had were taken on board by the team and implemented swiftly.

What do you like best? Over 2,000 students from our academy take courses on Teachfloor every month, where we manage course creation, enrollment, evaluations, and interactions. The system integrates seamlessly with our internal tools through APIs, using Teachfloor as the central nervous system of us. The social learning components are well-designed, the quiz and submission system is functional, the interface is clean, and the team is very responsive. Any request we have made has been resolved within 24 hours.
What do you dislike? A few months ago, the tool was occasionally slow, and some API responses took too long. However, in the past couple of months, it has become lightning fast, like a Ferrari. I believe the team has resolved the issue by upgrading the infrastructure, so it's top-notch now!
