What do you like best?
Reports. They are clear and detailed, and I can export them to send over to my clients as a proof how much time I spent on tasks and how much I should be paid. Also, I like that TMetric can be connected to Asana and that I can add time estimates to tasks right in the software.
What do you dislike?
Sometimes the desktop app is not stable, but during these time I can use the web app since activity monitoring and screenshots are not a must for my clients.

What do you like best?
It is very helpful to both me and my client as it gives us the correct info about task completion and info we need for our payroll time-tracking. This tool increases visibility into how our teams are using their time and helps us to set up a productive workflow
What do you dislike?
I have not encountered anything I dislike. I use the free version and have not found its limitations
