Let's Finally Calculate ROI/ROE
In this webinar, which is a sort of a sequel to our previous one, we continue to showcase eWyse's Training Evaluation Framework. We covered the Preparation phase of the framework in our June webinar and are now moving on to the Measurement and Report phases. For that purpose, we created a fake study! No, it's not a typo.
We call it a "fake study" instead of a "case study" because it is a study we created based on our experiences with multiple clients. We came up with the most relevant information for you regarding the ROI of training. Rest assured we prepared it just like a real case study with made-up stakeholders but real requirements, problems, and solutions. Our ultimate goal is to showcase a unique case that is highly applicable across industries.
We will carefully present the stages of our framework through our fake study to show you the best way to actually calculate your training ROI, and also touch on the difference between training ROI and ROE. They are not the same, but here is the hint from us to you: one is a subset of the other.
