David Wentworth

David Wentworth is the VP, Talent Platform Evangelist at Schoox. He brings more than a decade of knowledge to the company, including a deep understanding of the workplace technology industry, with an emphasis on Learning and Development. Prior to Schoox, David served as Principal Learning & Development Analyst for Brandon Hall Group, a leading HCM research and analyst firm. Before that, he was a Senior Research Analyst with the Institute for Corporate Productivity (i4cp). He is a regular speaker at talent management and HR industry events and has authored numerous articles in a variety of learning publications.

Melissa Lepiane

Melissa Lepiane serves as the Training Manager at Friedman's Home Improvement with over a decade in Leadership Development experience. Her passion is developing leaders to their full potential and she feels rewarded when she hears stories about the motivated, knowledgeable, and friendly teams those leaders create. Tim Seavey

Tim Seavey serves on the Training Team at Friedman's Home Improvement as a Training Specialist. His passion for setting others up for success has driven his career from teaching the classrooms of his home state, Arizona, to training in the lumberyards of this wine country retailer in Sonoma County, California. While implementing onboarding programs and development resources at Friedman's, Tim also enjoys being a backyard explorer, hiking, climbing, riding, and resting in the great outdoors. Success in his professional life comes from those eureka moments when things click for a learner and the light bulb turns on.
