What do you like best?
The platform is intuitive and reliable. Learners rarely face issues, and support is quick and helpful. Uploading or creating courses is simple, even for beginners. Our CSR, Crystal, keeps us updated with great new features, and I use it daily with ease.
What do you dislike?
I’d like to enroll learners directly into single courses, not just paths. Also, having the option to upload external certifications for HR tracking would be great. Aside from that, no major issues at all.

What do you like best?
As a solo L&D lead, 360Learning empowers me to support both internal teams and retail partners. The trial gave me confidence to commit. Custom groups, learning needs, mobile access, and analytics have made training more targeted, engaging, and scalable.
What do you dislike?
There’s a slight learning curve with roles and visibility settings when managing many groups. Also, more branding flexibility would help align the platform with our identity, but current options still work well.

Fast, simple, and powerful. Supports training, has great features, and improves engagement. Positive impact on morale and team learning in just 2 weeks.
What do you dislike?
Not fully optimized for German yet, especially in addressing users with "Du" or "Sie" — but improvements are already in progress.

Great Collaborative LEP for Scalable Learning & Support

What do you like best?
Collaboration is seamless. As a solo L&D lead, I work with 20+ authors to build training for staff and clients. AI tools help course creation, and Charley Edin from support is always responsive and resourceful. Integrations with SFDC and Udemy meet extra business needs.
What do you dislike?
Admin and reporting tools can feel complex, but the upcoming Custom Dashboards are promising. Also, support ticket resolution is slow at times—though the team is always friendly and helpful.

What do you like best?
What stands out to me about 360Learning is how easy it is to use and how naturally it encourages teamwork. From an HR and L&D standpoint, it plays a key role in promoting continuous learning by enabling subject matter experts across the company to create training materials—no formal background in instructional design needed. The platform’s authoring tools are both accessible and robust, and the built-in feedback options help keep learners engaged and courses constantly improving.
What do you dislike?
Limited customization in terms of branding. Though not a major dealbreaker I would have personally liked a more white label approach.

What do you like best?
The team support is great! I always felt supported and they never leave me alone in case of difficulty.
What do you dislike?
I sometimes have trouble finding user management, I don't necessarily know where to go when I want to modify account information. But the rest of the platform is clear to me.
360Learning is very user-friendly tool that fits the learning needs of our company.

What do you like best?
It is very convenient and user-friendly. Besides making it possible to promote better retention and democratized learning, as people can learn at their own pace, it is also an interesting tool to track the learning progress.
What do you dislike?
The insertion of content is cumbersome, sometimes, in particular the insertion of quizzes. It is possible to reuse quizzes which have already been inserted, but I always use different quizzes for the different content. So it would be best to upload a file with the questions and answers.

What do you like best?
Customer support is terrific, our point person is extremely available and supportive as if she was part of the team
What do you dislike?
The User interface is not very modern and I cannot host our online classes within 360 Learning so it's a shame because our users have to go on Google meet (another tool that is not integrated)

The different teams are very available to help and it is really easy to use it, even for people who are not used to computers or softwares in their role.
What do you dislike?
Some tasks still need a lot of manual actions and I think it should be easier to do those changes but I know they're trying to implement those things.
