I still remember the first time I saw the interface and was pleasantly surprised by it's netflix-like dashboard. All learning organized in one place.
What do you dislike?
Generally speaking, who likes training these days? But if we have to have training it better be in such a pleasant LMS like 360L.

What do you like best?
I was thoroughly impressed with the 360Learning team's support—they were incredibly helpful and friendly. The LMS platform itself is fantastic, packed with great features like detailed training statistics, which are super useful (even if it takes a little time to get the hang of). I do wish there were a few more options to customize the platform’s look and feel for our company, but overall, it’s an outstanding tool!
What do you dislike?
The platform works perfectly fine, but sometimes we've encountered a couple of glitches and bugs. Nothing else.

What do you like best?
The tool is powerful, especially with its interactive components that encourage employee engagement in training sessions. The video pitch feature is a fantastic addition, replacing traditional PowerPoints and enhancing interaction. Once you get familiar with it, the platform is very user-friendly and straightforward for content creation.
What do you dislike?
Implementing 360Learning can be challenging if you lack internal resources, especially when building a training program from scratch. This process is easier for companies with existing training programs or more personnel.

What do you like best?
When our company tripled in size, we outgrew our old LMS and moved to 360Learning. The platform's advanced features and improved usability for admins and users are a great fit. It allows us to meet data protection needs through organized group hierarchies and tiered roles. The social learning aspect suits us well, as our team is already familiar with using emojis and comments in Slack.
What do you dislike?
Nothing to add here. Their team was responsive and willing to tailor the platform to our needs—a truly customer-focused team. Well done!

What do you like best?
When I first moved to our company, 360Learning was already in place and it was presented by my L&D Manager as the holy grail of LMSs. As a user I find it easy to navigate and complete courses, and also love the fact that it's the easiest out of all the software that we are using as a company.
What do you dislike?
I have not been in touch with their support team or anything, but once again, as a user, I have not encountered any issues with this software.
Great piece of software to train all our employees from different branches.

What do you like best?
Switching to a new vendor is never easy. We moved to 360Learning 2 years ago, and haven't looked back since. Their system is top-notch, intuitive, and empower admins with all the right tool to create kickass training material.
What do you dislike?
There's absolutely nothing to mention here. I believe that 360Learning 's system should be a paradigm in terms of UI for all the software vendors out there.
