What do you like best?
Once I knew how it worked, it was easy to use. (i found the self help a bit confusing - assuming i know where to click to find a section. it should say "click here ..you will find it on the left of the page..it will look like this xxxx..
What do you dislike?
the help section. it can give take a while to navigate and I've found a guide that was confusing and not necessary presented logically. i found it easier to re watch a recorded session with my account manager to find out how to do a task I needed help with ..if we discussed it on a call. otherwise I'm afraid of the self help section.
Very user-friendly, and provides all the features we need.

What do you like best?
Final result for our end-users, ease of use, and implementation was friendly and efficient.
What do you dislike?
AI integration is not flexible enough, as we can't use our custom templates with AI, and there are not that many AI features that we can use. We also lack video editing capabilities.
Absorb is a clean, easy‑to‑use LMS that fits our needs once we learned the system

What do you like best?
The ease of administration and flexibility of the dashboard. I like that it is very easy to export reports, duplicate courses, and manage enrollment
What do you dislike?
The reporting is still weak; we have purchased Absorb Analyze to help with this. It is also very difficult for us that there is only one certificate expiration message for all courses - this is very problematic.
Overall Absorb is a fantastic online platform that has helped us move to a more streamlined training

What do you like best?
How easy it is to use for both Learners and Administrative colleagues. The support you receive is amazing from both the online support team and your Client Success Manager. Its an extremely user friendly platform with friendly support whenever you need it.
What do you dislike?
Some of the restrictions around hierarchy. We have a lot of colleagues with two managers and currently you can only assign one for the manager dashboard function. We have a workaround using groups however it would be nice to have a multi-manager function.
Easy UI and UX and great Support. Also the help site is very great.

What do you like best?
It makes access to our courses easier and faster for our employees and so they are more willing to enter the LMS.
What do you dislike?
Some missing minor options like multi language settings for courses and some special functions like pre planning courses, which is availble but only with some enrollments and not with the normal enrollment options.

What do you like best?
The amount of support we have access to is a huge plus. Any time we have an issue/question, we can have a solution/answer the same day, often within an hour. We also like how easy the platform is to use and get set up. Building out a course is simple and intuitive.
What do you dislike?
There are a few features we are hoping will be implemented in the future, but Absorb seems to take user feedback seriously.

What do you dislike?
I honestly can’t think of anything I dislike about the Learning Management System. Absorb has been reliable, user-friendly, and adaptable to our organization’s needs. From its intuitive interface to the flexibility it offers for course creation, reporting, and integrations, everything works smoothly.

What do you like best?
Easy to use. Easy to implement. Outstanding customer service. Absorb is more than an LMS, it's a learning experience developed with the customer in mind.
What do you dislike?
If I had to call out one limitation, it would be virtual meeting integration technology. Microsoft Teams integration is still somewhat limiting but also considerably better than it was in the past. Absorb takes customer feedback seriously and drives product development toward achieving a best in class LMS including integration with other applications.
