Acadefy

Acadefy is a learning management system for academies, training centers and schools that want their own branded online academy instead of a page on someone else's marketplace. Each academy runs on its own custom domain with its own logo and colours. Students, instructors and parents each get their own portal, and the whole platform is fully multilingual with true right-to-left support for Arabic.

Admins build courses with modules, lessons, quizzes, assignments and a question bank, then set how a course counts as complete: lessons only, lessons plus graded work, or lessons plus a passing grade. Lessons can unlock in order or on a schedule. Students can be enrolled one by one, in bulk, by CSV import, or by assigning a course to a whole group. When students finish, they receive certificates with a QR code and a public verification page, and admins can revoke a certificate when needed.

Acadefy includes custom roles and permissions, instructor-to-student messaging, grade reports with CSV export, an audit log and two-factor sign-in. Plans start at $99 per month with a 7-day free trial.
