-
Ease of Use & Navigation
The platform is highly regarded for its clean, clutter-free user interface and straightforward navigation. Reviewers noted that it dramatically "reduces the learning curve for new users" and is intuitive enough that even administrators without previous experience can "hit the ground running."
-
Feature Set & Functionality
Reviewers appreciated the flexible options for structuring training. The system effectively supports diverse formats (such as microlearning paths, programs, and journeys), automates learner engagement through reminders, and serves as an excellent tool for compliance tracking, auditing, and certificate generation.
-
Implementation & Onboarding
Transitioning to the system is described as a smooth and worry-free process. An enterprise reviewer highlighted a "frictionless pre-sales experience and implementation" that allowed them to easily improve user adoption rates over time compared to other alternative systems.
-
Customer Support & Service
The support network is consistently highlighted as dependable and quick to act. Administrators remarked that customer support teams are "responsive and effective" whenever technical questions arise, working closely with the user community to implement requested features.
-
Customization & Flexibility
Reviewers valued the platform's architectural versatility. Administrators noted that it is "great at both" simplicity and customization, allowing teams to seamlessly integrate their own custom or off-the-shelf SCORM courses, build role-specific training pathways, and embed custom internal tools or reference links directly onto the platform.
-
Reporting & Analytics Issues
The data extraction utilities lack deep complexity. Multiple administrators mentioned that the native "reporting features are somewhat basic" and lack advanced custom options, with one user specifically noting that the system was unable to run reports on which employees had not completed specific training.
-
Limited Features / Missing Tools
Users flagged minor structural gaps in administrative tools and content control. Omissions include a very basic module builder that lacks advanced interactivity, an inability to batch-download certificates for audit preparation, and a lack of native video hosting (requiring users to rely on external video embeds).
-
Customization Limitations
Certain administrative controls feel overly restrictive for enterprise teams. Reviewers noted that "customization options for the dashboard are somewhat limited," the portal's branding capabilities are not robust enough to support distinct external organizations, and user permissions lack the granularity needed for large administrative teams.
-
Performance or Reliability Issues
Data processing lags under heavy administrative stress. A regular user managing high-volume compliance paths noted that "the system slows down when processing large datasets or multiple user groups," revealing room for technical enhancement in overall processing speed.
-
Integration & Technical Challenges
Ineffective system discovery processes create manual overhead. Administrators pointed out that "the search feature lacks accuracy and ease of use, making it difficult for employees to independently locate courses," which ultimately forces administrators to spend time sending direct links or manually enrolling staff.

What do you like best?
The platform supports various content formats and learning structures, like courses, programs, and journeys, allowing flexibility in program design. Learners benefit from real-time progress tracking and easy access to training materials on multiple devices. The smooth SCORM integration ensures compatibility with existing content. The system’s automated reminders help maintain learner engagement.
What do you dislike?
Advanced reporting options are limited, which can be a challenge for organizations with complex analytics needs. User permissions could be more granular to better accommodate different administrative roles within larger teams.
One of the most customizable course platforms I've found for enterprise training. Love it!

What do you like best?
When looking for an LMS, I wanted one that would be very clean and customizable. BRIDGE is great at both. I like that it shows courses in a simple way. Also, it's very easy to see which courses you have already taken or take a look at which courses are pending, etc. Great customization options; you can even out custom tools and links on it!!!
What do you dislike?
Although I love its customization, maybe the team could improve the navigation. I'd like to be able to navigate easily through course modules. At times it seems less intuitive. For example, finding a course or opening the next module had a few boring extra steps.
You can automate onboarding and help your people do smarter things!

What do you like best?
Frictionless pre-sales experience and implementation. You can easily grow user adoption over time; no issue with that. Great support teams! We've managed to improve our onboarding processes with it. Overall, the system works very smoothly and efficiently, even with our own custom or off-the-shelf courses from other vendors. Before deciding on our LMS, we tried TalentLMS and Schoox, but BRIDGE fit our needs better.
What do you dislike?
All good; not much to complain about. Yet, there's room for improvement (not that they haven't already made improvements to the tool). For example, their reporting and video content management can get a lot better. Instead of having to embed our private "YouTube" videos in a course, it would be much better to simply host it.
I use it for our ongoing sales training with much success. Great for onboarding too!

What do you like best?
Running a sales teams is difficult; especially because there are many times when you get conflict and rivalry. That was a a constant turnover for my team but not any more. With BRIDGE all sales reps can train effectively. I'm able to coach top talent and see results fast. Best of all for me the time saved instead of spending endless hours on one-on-one training. Great tool!
What do you dislike?
Creating the initial training and continuing to coach your team is not a piece of cake. However, after you start seeing results, you'll agree that taking the time to create your own sales training content is key. I'd like to see a way to purchase sales training content as well. I don't always have the time to upload my create my own content.
Robust tool to create engaging and trackable courses for staff, students, etc. Recommended!

What do you like best?
Before Bridge, we were struggling to get information to a large number of remote staff. We wanted a platform that made things easily accessible. Plus, we needed to use a teaching format that would be trackable. With Bridge, we got all that and then some! I really like how I can see who has completed a course or has started. It's extremely useful when you want to send out reminders. Also, it's great that I can assign courses with a different urgency.
What do you dislike?
What I didn't like about Bridge was the fact that when I had to edit a course, the platform would re-enroll all incomplete learners... So, that resulted in them losing their spot. However, the team at Bridge did make changes to fix this, so all is good now.
Clean and simple LMS to host online training. A great choice for our company so far!

What do you like best?
Bridge was a revelation! Its interface is very user-friendly and easy to use, making it very clear for users to understand what to do next. As an admin, I could easily oversee the training with no problems at all. It's so intuitive that even without experience, you can hit the ground running. I like that I can create simple training presentations without any additional software. Having the option to do so from within the LMS is very helpful.
What do you dislike?
Not really much to comment on. I loved the interface and how clear it is when it comes to which courses one should take. Maybe they could work a bit on the branding, which wasn't that robust. We have external organizations that take our training, so we needed more customization there. Also, I'd like it even more if the quizzes could be more interactive. They are easy to create, but not much you can do with them...
Plenty of characteristics and features. Nice operating system to incentivize your team.

What do you like best?
It's easy to use and fairly intuitive. I find it ideal for professional development and job performance improvement. Great quality overall. Our users didn't have any problem; all of them adapted quickly, even the novice ones. Bridge has accurate tracking capabilities; it can store data on different parameters, so that's a plus.
What do you dislike?
I like Bridge; I only wish I could interact even more with its many features. The possibilities of this tool are so many, but at the moment, I don't have the time to make a wider choice. Actually looking forward to making my first poll. I'd like to see more customization capabilities via mobile phone.
If you want to deploy high-quality instruction, I say go for it! It does what it promises;

What do you like best?
The problem with most online learning software is that they are usually geared toward students. However, that makes it difficult for companies that want to use it for professional development. What I like most about Bridge is that it is specifically built to help you train your staff.
What do you dislike?
No major problems so far, they have been pretty responsive when it comes to community requests for new features. I'd really like to see some changes when searching for courses. For example, when you haven't assigned classes to a particular learner (i.e. optional ones), they go in the Learning Library. But, you can't find what you need unless you know the class title or the class creator. If the creator hasn't put good tags to make it more searchable, it just won't show up.
Highly recommended if you want different training and tracking options. Good training courses.

What do you like best?
We use Bridge to help provide training to our learners and be able to track training completions. It's easier and makes people accountable. One of its many advantages is its intelligent group features. There are plenty of flexible usage cases. My fav is creating guided learning experiences by curating videos into custom playlists.
What do you dislike?
Maybe this isn't the LMS tool for you if you are constantly looking for newly developed content. But if you want simple features, it gets the job done. You can easily create and scale training. And the course catalog is good.
Flexibility! So happy with it, we want to have it integrated on a nationwide level.

What do you like best?
If you're someone with little to no training, Bridge is PERFECT. Even if you have one manager, he/she can handle everything easily. Their customer service is unparalleled. Our team leaders love that it can be customized. The development of curricula has been simplified. Being able to use Bridge's content management procedure has been a treasure. Also very happy with the gamer lessons and metadata tests.
What do you dislike?
Our employees didn't really use the marketplace. But it does look quite extensive. The weak link in this Bridge is its reporting. Hopefully, their dev team can make it a bit more advanced. Unfortunately, the system wasn't able to report who had not received specific training at the company.
