What do you like best?
ISprings allows me to continue using PowerPoint as my education foundation. I can create professional looking online modules without giving up my comfort level and having to learn entirely new skills. Also, I don't have to recreate wheels because my existing PowerPoint educations are ready to publish out of the box. When I present a published education, most people are amazed that it started as a PowerPoint!
What do you dislike?
Definitely not dealbreakers, but a couple of creative options for a PowerPoint slide don't translate well when published, and I'm hoping for integration of Actions into the Quiz and Interaction features.

What do you like best?
I like that it is easy to use and that whenever there is any trouble I feel relaxed knowing that customer support is there to help out.
What do you dislike?
For now, using iSpring space for logging in is still one area that I am still not comfortable with...
Does what I need and the support team has helped me with both small and big problems.

What do you like best?
It is easy to use, does what I need and when I've had problems the support team has been great. Today, a file wouldn't publish and the iSpring app asked to send info to their support team. I did, just so they could have the info. I didn't expect a response, but I got one!
What do you dislike?
Sometimes it takes a while to publish a class, but that is to be expected! Some of our presentations are over 100 slides with animations, transitions, etc.
Great eLearning platform. Flexible and with a lot of adding value features.

What do you like best?
It is user friendly and mostly when there is the need for some technical support this comes quickly and very straighforward.
What do you dislike?
I would like the possibility of adding immediate translations by the system to content elaborated in ppt, pdf, etc., without the need of using translating platforms.
It works very good and it was very easy to learn how to use it.

The way you can use your PPT files and adapt them in a Scorm file it's great. Also the Quizes and Surveys.
What do you dislike?
I think that I like everything about it, but if I could have more settings for Video it would be great.
Usefull application. I believe it will effect my job positively.

So far, I haven't used it properly. But I believe I will get used to it quickly. I know that if I face any problem while using it I will be able to get technical support in a very short time.

I haven't used it properly. That's why there is nothing that I like the least. If I face any, I will keep sharing my comments.

the simplicity of creating easy to use courses, the easy communication with the tech teams. one simple live call with them and it takes minutes to explain and be provided with the answers to your questions!
What do you dislike?
At present nothing, I have not come across a situation that could not be fixed by the Tech team

Interactive capabilities. A great program for the less IT technically minded like myself. I was able to put a presentation together that was well received by senior management.
What do you dislike?
There are a lot of functions that take time to learn. Would strongly recommend purchasing the "iSpring Essential" book to learn the basics prior to creating content.
Useful for generating learning content in PowerPoint.

The integration into PowerPoint makes it easy to convert educational presentations into courses and quizzes.

Some features are hidden pretty far down the option tree, but tech support was outstanding and solved my problem in just a few minutes.
