What do you like best?
The responsiveness and proficiency of their technical & customer support personnel to resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
What do you dislike?
Not much at this stage of being a user of the software. There is a learning curve but if you have any background working with similar packages it will be shortened.

What do you dislike?
It can be little unstable. When it works it’s terrific, when it has a problem(usually due to user error) it can be frustrating.

What do you like best?
I like that it is very user-friendly and did not take extensive training to start using it right away. With the integration as a tab in the PowerPoint ribbon, it is very easy to spot where to click to add audio/quizzes/screen recordings/etc. Then, once the elements have been added, it is very easy to figure out how to edit them.
What do you dislike?
At this point, I have not been using it long enough to come up with any aspects of the tool that I do not like.
We only use the cloud, but works fine for sharing presentations

What do you like best?
Easy to operate the software. It is great to share files with a link and use a password. It is great that videos in the presentation work straight away.
What do you dislike?
Presentation clicking. Animations do not show if you use the arrows in the screen, but only when clicking on the slides self
The iSpring Suite extremely intuitive and has all the necessary functions you'll need.

What do you like best?
I like the fact that it's integrated into PowerPoint. This makes the process seamless moving from storyboard to production. The Content Library is helpful as well.
What do you dislike?
I wish the QuizMaker had all the same animations and functions as what you would find in PowerPoint. I also wish you could have specific feedback for multiple select questions based on various responses.
Very nice to see that you use it immediatly, without any training.

The ease to use. And the exports to website, SCORM and xAPI. Also very nice: import possibilty of questions for tests.
What do you dislike?
At the moment it fits nearly all my needs. A Dutch translation is coming up this spring. Every update contains nice new features.

What do you like best?
We needed ispring quizzmaker to create math tests and the built in equation editor is great. Also, the variaty of different types of questions is wonderful.
What do you dislike?
More options for feedback via email. In quizzmaker, when the tests is finished ther is an option to send email to the students but I would prefer to send a general message without the answers.
