Apparently very simple software (of course it isn't really) that is remarkably effective.

What do you like best?
Ability to directly convert complex hyperlinked PowerPoint presentations, with embedded audio and video, into an HTML module deliverable via an LMS (including as a SCORM package if needed) with ridiculous ease and no errors -- ever! I have been a very satisfied user for more than 5 years now. On the few occasions that I have needed technical support, it has been prompt and efficient, with a complete solution to the problem at hand.
What do you dislike?
There's very little to criticise. It might be nice to be able to edit some of the quiz messages a bit further, but there are workarounds for most of those minor issues.
iSpring Suite is the best tool on the market. I could learn it really quicky and I like the library.

What do you like best?
It is really User-Friendly. I like the library and the fact I can use it for B2C sales. I also think I can use my creativity within this work-frame.
What do you dislike?
I couldn't find anything about the thing I like the least... I've tried, but impossible for me to find one...
iSpring Suite is useful for training deliverance and administrating quizzes.

What do you like best?
That you can easily integrate content into quizzes and customize so that results go directly to one person, it is useful in training many people at one online.
What do you dislike?
Sometimes there may be technical issues with the publishing option or inability to work across different channels.

What do you like best?
One of the best authoring tool I've ever put my hands on. Full of features and easy to use. Can't beat that.
What do you dislike?
Nothing that I don't like, but something small that I wish for. I wish they can have a Wordpress plugin to eliminate the saving and uploading step.
Very user-friendly program for converting PP presentations to online content!

What do you like best?
The program is easy to use, very intuitive. The customer support seems to be available around the clock and is always awesome!
What do you dislike?
I wish their LMS platform was built into the suite. That would result in a complete online learning system!

What do you like best?
Product is easy to use, but produces very professional products. I am very proud of the products I'm able to complete for clients and I am self taught on e-learning. What is truly amazing is how prompt and responsive every single person is that I've dealt with whether from sales or tech support. The follow up on everything even after the chat to make sure it is working. I am also grateful for quick response because I usually don't have the time to wait for an answer.
What do you dislike?
I am not making complex products so I can't talk to more complicated functionality. For my purposes, it is perfect.
Great add-on feature to PowerPoint. Worth the money!

What do you like best?
Adds value to training for kinestetic learners. Also allows the training to be more interactive to prevent boredom with the topic.
What do you dislike?
Just having to learn all the ins-and-outs, and little details behind what I was doing. I still haven't hit on all of the features, I'm sure. The character feature is a little confusing with the graph, and so I wasn't sure what to do here to make it work.

What do you like best?
I have been using iSpring software for years in the educational environment in Northern Ireland. I still get so many questions asking me how I produce some of the material and I am always happy to explain about ISpring Suite. Any issue I have ever had have been dealt with quickly and effectively by friendly online support. As an educator - I love it; my colleagues love it and most importantly my students love it.
What do you dislike?
The maintainance plan is the only issue. This is an optional extra but is not cheap, especially for a single user teacher. Their support has always been fabulous but I would expect this for such a great product to come as standard. This is the only quibble in what I believe is an outstanding product for 21st century education - especially in troubling times such as at present (Coronavirus)
Easy and intuitive to use and does everything I need.

What do you like best?
iSpring team support, not just for any problems (which are rare) but free webinars, weekly articles of interest that are targeted to my needs.
What do you dislike?
I'm getting picky here, but the noise reduction filter when editing audio can be improved. Also I use the standalone version not the subscription. I would prefer iSpring reintroduce the stand alone version of their product.
