What do you like best? PowerPoint integration that i can use readily for my learning materials without using another app or tool
What do you dislike? Automation is helpful, but i feel like branching logic could improve, a bit limiting on adaptive learning path, tho its very minor

What do you like best? Quiz and Text-to-speech features. Very intuitive and easy to adjust animations. Possibility to add pauses to the text and change entonation.
What do you dislike? Not possible to open different files at the same time. (At least I wasn't able to do it.) It could be more practical to transcribe only a few slides, keeping the configuration.

What do you like best? Prompt and good technical support when issues arise. I am happy with the fast support provided by the ispring technical team
What do you dislike? Sometimes ispring links and publishing functions are blocked by Microsoft's or company's IT policy, Need time to troubleshoot.

What do you like best? Intuitive interface and 24 hour support team ready to help. Enjoyed tutorials and communications with help team.
What do you dislike? Maybe LMS function. If I need to use Scorm courses, I need to purchase another functions like LMS. But it's not hard to create SCORM.

What do you like best? interface, online resources to help, excellent user support. The role-play feature
What do you dislike? the AI voices are still low quality as compared with 11labs for example but still ok.

What do you like best? The service and support provided by the iSpring Staff is top notch. Shout out to Tiana Turner in particular for her endless drive to solve my problems.
What do you dislike? The lack of triggers, variables, states, etc makes it difficult to build projects that are truly complex

What do you like best? It's based on the design of Powerpoint that's a familiar programme for most course creation people.
What do you dislike? I'm still getting familiar with the way files are saved and where the team should save them so we have access to the raw files for later updates.

What do you like best? The ongoing service and support from the company and the ease of use of the software.
What do you dislike? Would like more animation ability. Other than that it has been a very successful tool.

It's the best tool ever to convert your Powerpoint presentations into SCORM.

What do you like best? Esasy to use, fantastic conversion from Powerpoint to SCORM. No other software even the one that cost 10 times more have this ability.
What do you dislike? It is not possible to export the question of the quiz maker into CSV. This sometimes can represent a limitation.

What do you like best? That it sits inside PowerPoint and can be used to easily enhance PPT functions. It is fairly intuitive to use.
What do you dislike? I wish it had popup and slideout functions. I need to add these manually in PPT. I wish the text format functions weren't quite so clunky.
