What do you like best?
We've used LMS platforms in the past that could technically do everything but were painful to administer. SkyPrep has a good balance. It has the reporting, automation, assessments and learning paths we need without making simple tasks unnecessarily complicated.
What do you dislike?
There are still areas where I'd like more granular control, particularly around reporting and dashboard customization. For our everyday training needs, however, it covers almost everything we need.

What do you like best?
What I like most about SkyPrep LMS is how intuitive and clean the interface is, which makes it easy to navigate without extensive training. Creating courses, assigning users, tracking progress, and pulling reports is simple and efficient. The platform is flexible enough to support different types of training content, and the overall user experience feels modern and reliable.
What do you dislike?
What I like the least about SkyPrep LMS is that some advanced customization and reporting features feel limited without additional configuration or workarounds. There are also areas where more automation or deeper integrations could improve efficiency, especially for larger organizations managing complex training requirements.

What do you like best?
Before SkyPrep, our training materials were scattered across drives, binders, and desks. Now, everything is centralized and easy to find. Courses and Learning Paths are simple to navigate, making onboarding and retraining fast and efficient.
What do you dislike?
A dark mode would be a nice addition. Auto-generated certificates upon course or Learning Path completion would also enhance the user experience.
. For the price, if offers great functionality. It's also super easy to configure.

Nothing; our experience has been, and continues to be, very positive. I would advise others to strongly consider SkyPrep.
Great LMS – Easy to Use, Highly Flexible, and Backed by Excellent Support

What do you like best?
SkyPrep’s course authoring tools make creating modular courses with assessments simple. The API integrates seamlessly with our website, and the success managers are responsive and helpful. After nearly a decade of collaboration, they’ve even adapted features to meet our users’ needs.
What do you dislike?
Past reporting occasionally missed some data points, but their new custom report feature is actively resolving this and improving the experience.

What do you like best?
Implementation was quick and straightforward, with minimal setup effort. The platform is intuitive for users to navigate, and the SkyPrep team is consistently helpful, friendly, and supportive in every interaction.
What do you dislike?
Only minor issues with certain functions, none that affect overall performance. It would be useful to have a way to confirm Knowledge Boosters were sent or send reminders for completion.

What do you dislike?
The ILT feature needs improvement, particularly with Microsoft Teams integration. Live session connections often fail, forcing us to use Zoom instead, which is less ideal since Teams is our primary communication tool.

Course setup is far easier than with other LMS platforms I’ve used. The team was eager to help, offering video calls to walk me through custom settings. I could upload a course, create quizzes, and customize everything in under an hour.
What do you dislike?
No 24-hour support, and holiday closures can limit assistance for several days. Major outages still get quick responses, and system issues are rare, but avoid scheduling rollouts over holidays to ensure full support availability.
