What do you like best?
Their success manager support is amazing and we have always felt cared for over the many years as their customer. We have had many requests for features and ways to serve our users and they have always been very supportive and helpful in finding solutions to our needs. Their API also made implementing their platform into our website a breeze.
What do you dislike?
The only thing that comes to mind is previously we had some difficulty providing finer-grain reporting for our users but that that has been alleviated in the past years using their custom reporting feature.

What do you like best?
The platform is intuitive and easy to use for both admins and learners, especially compared to other LMS options we’ve tried. The SkyPrep team is friendly, responsive, and patient, always taking the time to answer questions thoroughly.
What do you dislike?
Finding a Learning Path’s master certificate is not intuitive. While individual certificates are easy to locate, the placement of the main one could be improved for better accessibility.
It's been a fantastic platform for self-paced learning. The customer service is top-notch

What do you like best?
Content build was easy to learn, Madison was an amazing and attentive Skyprep partner to help us learn Skyprep (i.e. amazing customer service), and its integration with our HR system
What do you dislike?
we cannot schedule courses ahead, meaning to have them drop at a specific future date
This is an excellent learning platform at a great price!

What do you like best?
AI features are awesome. We are able to create scenarios which employees will face with customers. This allows us to see how each employee will react with a guest ahead of time.
What do you dislike?
Integrations can be improved, however, some of the issues we ran into were not SkyPrep issues, but issues with our other vendors.

What do you like best?
SkyPrep has made training so much simpler for our team. We can easily upload content, create learning paths, and monitor progress without any hassle. The platform’s intuitive interface makes it easy for both our administrators and end users to navigate. We particularly like the feature that allows us to track and analyze training effectiveness with detailed reports, which has been a big help in adjusting our programs based on user feedback.
What do you dislike?
One drawback is that the customization options for reporting could be more flexible. While we can access standard reports, the ability to create more detailed, customized reports would be beneficial. Additionally, it would be great if they offered a dark mode, as our team spends a lot of time on the platform and a dark theme could reduce screen fatigue.

What do you like best?
How easy it is to create content and have our staff learn online at their own pace. Having the knowledge checkpoints and assessments makes it a great tool to ensure your team is retaining the information you are training them on too.
What do you dislike?
The app is a great feature to have since not all of our staff have computers or laptops. Them being able to use their smartphones or tablets is nice, but it would be better if they could zoom in and out to see the material better on a smaller screen.
LMS doesn't need to be difficult- this one doesn't disappoint

What do you like best?
Setting up courses compared to other systems we have used in the past was SUPER easy! While our unique requirements did require some specific adjustments, they made the process pretty seamless. Additionally, they provided us with video calls where they would walk me through certain settings and setup to make sure everything met our specific needs. I was able to upload a course, create quizzes and have it almost fully to our custom settings often times in under an hour!
What do you dislike?
They don't have 24 hour customer support which does make it a little harder if there is a tech issue after hours or on a holiday, BUT if there is a major system shutdown they will still be responsive, and luckily, we really don't have any system issues. I would just make sure to avoid timing your initial rollout over their holidays as support will be limited if you experience a learning curve.

What do you like best?
The platform is easy to navigate for all levels of ability. Additionally, it did not take a lot of pre-work or months and months of integration and system set up for us to launch
What do you dislike?
There aren't a lot of negatives, but I'd like to see some improvements to functions. For example, I'd like to see whether Knowledge Boosters for a course were effectively sent, and if they're not completed, there should be reminders that don't require manual follow-up.

SkyPrep is easy to use, easy to master, and allowed us to pool all of our training material into one place.
What do you dislike?
No dark mode, and no way that I've found to auto-generate certificates upon completion of courses or Learning Paths.
