What is zick learn?

zick learn is an AI-native performance platform that turns company knowledge into practical skills. It converts existing documents, procedures, policies, presentations, audio and videos into short, interactive lessons that take less than two minutes to complete.

Lessons are delivered inside the channels employees already use, including Microsoft Teams, Slack, WhatsApp, Webex and Google Chat, so there is no separate learning portal to open. Learning designers review and edit every lesson before it reaches learners.

Each lesson ends with an exercise, and a lesson counts as completed only when the exercise is answered correctly.

The course engine is based on microlearning and spaced learning principles developed in partnership with the UC Berkeley School of Learning.

Each lesson takes less than two minutes, so it fits into the working day without taking people away from their job.

A lesson counts as completed only when it is actually read and its exercise is answered correctly, within the allotted timeframe. So completion reflects understanding, not just views.

Courses can be translated into more than 200 languages, and HR and L&D teams can follow the progress and answers of every learner, with full data export.
