While leveraging AI to generate predictions is becoming increasingly popular, it is essential to clarify the ethical authorship of AI-produced content versus content sourced by a human facilitator. As a result, L&D professionals must navigate these considerations to maintain instructional quality, trust, and equity.
AI Vs. Human Facilitation: Distinguishing Ethical Authorship
While leveraging AI-generated content offers efficiency and adaptability, it lacks the contextual judgment, ethical intuition, and domain-specific experience inherent in human facilitators. Mittelstadt et al.
