I've worked with distance communication technologies in academia & corporate for over 18 years. I've provided services in most areas of learning, including ID, distance education, mobile training, and performance support. I currently oversees operations and business development at dominKnow. I hold a PhD in counseling psychology from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign.
