What do you like best?
We truly appreciated the CommLab's teams ability to keep in mind and apply our very specific requests in terms of access and functionality. They were very responsive to all of our requests and flexible to our changing needs.
What do you dislike?
Time zones did pose a challenge in terms of engagement, but the CommLab team was very available and responsive.
I worked as a learning content design consultant on a project that included CommLab .

What do you like best?
The project was so well managed, the communication was very organized and consistent, and the CommLab team members were great to work with. They were on time with deliverables, open to changes and adjustments, and very accepting of suggestions for making the content and navigation learner-friendly.
What do you dislike?
The need for the CommLab team members to work late into the evening to attend our weekly meeting, due to the time differences. I felt so bad for them but they never complained.
My team had a wonderful experience working with CommLab for our program needs.

What do you like best?
The team communicated well with our team and was very good at meeting target deadlines. I really liked the incredible attention to detail and how well-organized CommLab was throughout the development of the eLearning modules process.
What do you dislike?
Due to the time zone differences, most of my check-in calls were very early in the morning.

What do you like best?
I really enjoyed working with Vivek and the team. It's my first time working with CommLab and I found them to be highly professional, high quality work and very responsive. They took the time to understand the requirements and made excellent recommendations which led to very few reworks. They also really helped me as I needed a quick turnaround. I also learnt a lot from their high quality work.
What do you dislike?
Nothing negative at all. I wish I had more budget to work with them continuously as ongoing partners.. I will certainly recommend as much as I can!
This is probably my fifth project with CommLab India and I'm very satisfied!

What do you like best?
I worked with CommLab India team at a prior organization after they were recommended to me and have worked with the team on two projects at my current organization. The team is experienced, professional, and responsive. They are my go-to for projects we can't handle internally and when I need basic but high-quality work on a tight deadline. I haven't had the chance to partner with CommLab India on a custom elearning project but would consider it.
What do you dislike?
The time difference can be a barrier but the team goes above and beyond by accommodating U.S. work hours.
CommLab's professionalism, expertise, and commitment to excellence make them a top-notch partner.

What do you like best?
The Commlab India team's exceptional support in learning experience design, authoring services, and learning management system assistance was critical to the success of our latest project. Rapid timelines were never an issue. They consistently delivered high-quality work on-time, while maintaining their commitment to detail and quality. Their ability to swiftly onboard and synthesize training to rapidly begin authoring in our systems was impressive and exceeded my expectations.
What do you dislike?
My main complaint is that we didn’t bring the Commlab India team on earlier to support the project! In discussing with the project stakeholders, it was hard for us to find a least favorable aspect to our engagement with the team. We’re looking forward to partnering in the future and finding additional ways to leverage the CommLab India team’s expertise and solutions.

What do you like best?
I had a very particular request for creating something CommLab has never done before and within a tight timeline. I really appreciated the team's quick response times, can-do attitude, ability to creatively complement your ideas, and openness to push technical boundaries.
What do you dislike?
I couldn't really point out anything I liked least about working with CommLab, but one thing we both could have aligned better on at the start was expectations versus delivery time. Something clients should make sure they understand are the capabilities of the Vyond environment with which CommLab works to create animated trainings.
Learning development projects with CommLab India are consistently efficient, thorough, and flexible.

What do you like best?
I like that CommLab is very clear when defining expectations, yet flexible to unique demands that we may have for each learning development project.
What do you dislike?
Very little "least likes". If it were possible to have CommLab India's experts on-site to help with initial design for some projects may help our team members grow in learning design. This truly would be a "nice to have" based on our current learning delivery team.

Very responsive, deadline driven, a dedicated PM & a team of different technical experts. They partner with us on many design projects
What do you dislike?
Since verbal communication challenges, which is not replicated via written message but improving on that front too.

The possibility to cover all needs. Clear timelines. Clear definitions of the goal. All the comments and requests were covered with the updates.
What do you dislike?
Don't have really examples to specify here. What I can add here is that they can give additional options to choose, when this can help to take a final decision, but just to suggest something.

What do you like best?
Deliverables are provided on time or even ahead of schedule. They're flexible and responsive. The team easily handles multiple projects simultaneously. Great communication.
What do you dislike?
I was worried about turnover over the last couple of years, but they've managed it well and been able to provide the same quality of work and service.
CommLab has developed or converted (from flash to HTML 5) several hundred e-Learning courses for us.

What do you like best?
Very professional and organized management team. The quality of their development work is above par. They are very accommodating to change, which often occurs in the training and development industry and have not missed a deliverable in the 3 years I've been working with them.
What do you dislike?
There isn't much I don't like about the organization, but if I had to pick something, it would be that I wish we were in the same time zone or that CommLab had a presence in the USA, even if it was just a leadership team. We've been able to work through the time zone difference, but it has been a minor inconvenience at times, when I need to talk to them and can't just reach out.
Commlab is always ready to help and comes with custom solutions when necessary.

What do you like best?
We have a main contact person who manages every request from our side. Furthermore a project manager is assigned for execution. This makes things easier for us.
What do you dislike?
We do not major things to complain. Depending on the complexity of the project, it might come to small delays provoked also by the technical content. However they are sorted out quickly.
Working with CommLab India is very pleasant. The employees meet deadlines and are very nice.

What do you like best?
The people at CommLab India are very respectful. They have fast response times to concerns and feedback. No delay is to be expected from CommLab's side.
What do you dislike?
Before creating the eLearning (after content is delivered), I would first ask the customer some questions on how he/she wants it structured: (should it be a game? should there be a time limit?etc..) instead of immediately creating the eLearning.

Very flexible - very responsive - We were being able to customize our needs - They always look for a solution when we have a challenge - People are very nice to work with-
What do you dislike?
It is not always easy to meet face to face but we have always been able to find some time together.
CommLabIndia covers a large range of needs with efficiant but also flexible workflows.

What do you like best?
I can send CommLab our audio files and a PPT....and it comes back as a beautiful webinar. Love it! Simple and easy.
What do you dislike?
there is nothing I dislike--very simple process and reasonably priced. Going with them is a win-win for us
They are professional in what they deliver and personal in dealing with their customers.

What do you like best?
They are easy to work with. They have a well established procedure in place but when I don't always follow that procedure exactly, it does not cause issues. We work together to come up with the best training material for the specific product.
What do you dislike?
I wish they were closer so I could actually meet the experts I work with on an almost daily basis.

What do you like best?
CommLab produces quality output and makes recommendations to improve the project when necessary. They are a great partner and really understand our business. The team is phenomenal.
What do you dislike?
There is not much I can say that I like least about CommLab because their work that they have delivered to our company has been on time, in budget and with pleasant partnership. There was a time when the time difference would be what I liked least, but it was never an inhibitor in any way, but now they have management in our Central time zone.
Professional, prompt services at affordable rates. CommLab is a preferred vendor for my department.

What do you like best?
There are many aspects of CommLab I like. They are very prompt with correspondences, professional & patient with clients, and produce high quality deliverables, time and time again!
What do you dislike?
Sometimes things can slow due to time differences. CommLab works with our clients globally so there are multiple time zones to contend with.
You will get more than expected. Not only executing your project but new ideas will rise

What do you like best?
Very good and result focused communication, open for new ideas in the beginning but also along the project timeline, responsive and customer focused, high engagement until the project is 100% finished.
What do you dislike?
Due to India location only little chance to meet face to face. Role in the team sometime not clear to me (who is responsible for what)
CLI goes beyond required SOW expectations to deliver quality work on time.

What do you like best?
Their responsiveness and flexibility is very instrumental in getting the finished material on time.
What do you dislike?
Work processes are at times not clear and or need to be reworked. Though--they are good at filling in gaps when this occurs. Being proactive would be helpful.

What do you like best?
Our project requests were very complex and had multiple moving parts. We also needed everything to be translated into several languages. CommLab was able to create a project plan to keep all of my work streams on track and on time. They also delivered a great product that I am happy with.
What do you dislike?
In my time working with CommLab everything has been great. There is nothing that I can think of that I did not like from them.
CommLab India has been a great partner for us to execute our strategy.

What do you like best?
CommLab is very responsive and does excellent work in a very short period of time. They have been a great partner for us and have been able to address all of our needs. Whenever issues have arisen, we have been able to quickly work with them to resolve it and continue to move forward and improve.
What do you dislike?
CommLab does excellent work, though there are a few times where there is a bit of miscommunication. They really do a nice job of addressing issues when they arise to maintain our strong partnership.
All CommLab employees have been easy to deal with and very responsive.

What do you like best?
We agree on cost and schedule before beginning a project, and CommLab always completes the project on schedule, at the agreed cost.
What do you dislike?
No negative issues to report to date, all expectations have been met by CommLab.

What do you like best?
They have demonstrated commitment and team work. They are easily approacheble in case of any issues, they take our feedbacks and concerns and come out with a simple and straight solutions. Togeter they strive to achieve the goal and very supportive.
What do you dislike?
We expect more creative solutions and improved on time delivery from CommLab.

What do you like best?
Commlab is my most customer-oriented service provider. Learning development can sometimes take much back and forth, and Commlab is patient and always open to feedback. Never has anyone on the team said anything negative, when frequently we are the bottleneck.
What do you dislike?
Not much really, but being based in the US sometimes we may have some scheduling challenges due to time zone. But even then, the team is very accommodating.
Quick turnaround and dedicated to seeing our project complete on time and on budget

What do you like best?
Our project needed a vendor that was training focused. We interviewed a number of larger firms that showed little to no interest in the training piece of this project. CommLab India came in with a direct focus on what we needed to achieve and made that happen on time and on budget.
What do you dislike?
Since we are US-based it was the time difference and sometimes the language barriers, but in the end that was easily manageable.
Reliable , timely and reliable creation of content. Prompt service is the hallmark

What do you like best?
Ayesha and team have an in depth understanding of the digital learning space. They did a lot of hand holding with us since we were new to the space. they hve a talented and dedicated team to support them and are always available to support. The personal touch that they give to the work is phenomenal. The pricing above all is very reasonable. The involvement that they bring to the table makes them stand out.
What do you dislike?
Nothing at all, no room for complaint left by them . I don't know why you need 75 characters for this comment on people who leave no stone unturned to keep you happy.
They develop a series of elearning courses for us.

The courses they create are visually appealing and engaging. They are responsive and easy to work with.
What do you dislike?
There's not really anything I dislike. Maybe sometimes we get material later than expected. They could maybe let us know in advance if they cannot make a deadline.

What do you like best?
Great organization, communication and eye for detail. The team we worked with at CommLab went above and beyond for the project and pointed out discrepancies and minor details that other vendors would have missed.
What do you dislike?
There is a very minor communications boundary due to time differences, but if worked correctly can be leveraged to work very well.
Commlab helped us with some educational tools for online learning.

The will & passion to create a good learning content for their customer Good contacts Easy handover of eLearning content - CommLab brings a lot of knowledge in general contents but also in Company specific topics it takes not a lot of time to teach eLearning creation team I also really liked that all the team members were involved in the discussions Proffessionality

Sometimes the Communication is not easy but this is more or less because of the distance.

Responsiveness, and the ability to work with tight timelines when needed. Very quick turnaround time due to the efficient development process and time differences.

Lack of consultative capability at the time. I would like them to build out this capability in the future.

What do you like best?
The best thing about working with CommLab India is knowing that the experience they bring to the table is above and beyond what you would experience with other eLearning companies. You know that if an issue arises or you come across a technical road block, you have the best team to resolve the issue or to help find an alternative solution.
What do you dislike?
Initially it was the time difference but adapting your schedule quickly resolves this issue. There are a few time where it would be nice to be able to have an answer during your own business hours but most clients are fine receiving an answer the next morning.

Willing to work on technical subjects and contributing with ideas for the eLearning courses
What do you dislike?
Sometimes quality during the different iterations is insufficient and previously corrected issues are poping up again. This extend the review time on our site and sometimes leads to more iterations and longer time to finish the project -> no meeting the deadline as previously agreed.
I have not worked with a company who is as much customer-focused as Commlab

They're flexible and happy to change things part way through if the business need changes, and will make suggestions on how we can improve the offering.
What do you dislike?
Nothing really, but if I had to pick something it would be that sometimes their review times are too short for us to accommodate.

Their throughput is big. Their quality keeps good, but they are still impacted by workload, if you give too much jobs to them in a short term, their quality will go down.

What do you like best?
Commlab India has a very rigourous, systematic approach that is on par with leading MNC's around the world. Very satisfied with the output produced by them. I believe that if they were to be assessed under the Capability Maturity Model Integration, I expect that they would achieve a Level 5.
What do you dislike?
There is nothing I dislike about Commlab India.
