What do you like best?
The platform is easy to use, the users love it and can learn at their own pace. Content creation is very easy and allows us to share and transfer knowledge internally. Great tool, we recommend it!
What do you dislike?
Nothing in particular displeases me, I just wish that 360learning offered already established training modules on the platform.

What do you like best?
The technical support staff and customer success team at 360Learning have been exceptional in their service. Their depth of knowledge, rapid response and dedication to customer satisfaction have transformed our learning experience. From troubleshooting technical issues to providing personalised guidance, their professionalism and commitment to our success has been commendable, making them invaluable partners in our journey.
What do you dislike?
Allowing users to personalize the appearance and layout of their landing page would greatly enhance the user experience and enable us to create a more tailored and branded learning environment. By providing this level of flexibility, 360Learning can further empower users to create engaging and immersive learning experiences that align with their unique needs and branding requirements.

I like the variety of its functions and the fact that it is easy to use. It is a perfect tool to easily create, manage & track learning activities for customers, partners & employees.
What do you dislike?
I must admit that there is nothing that I dislike on the learning platform.

The quality of the services, the help, the ergonomic platform, the usage of the forum and the capacity to listen our needs and found a solution

Some small displays are a little difficult to find and the creation of report can be improved (aggregation, ...)

What do you like best?
My experience with this LMS has been nothing short of fantastic. It provides a seamless experience for creating content and engaging in training. The support and guidance provided are available, responsive and effective. Moreover, the LMS receives regular updates, which allow us to adapt our content for the best of our learners and creators.
What do you dislike?
However, I must mention a minor inconvenience. Some updates can be quite substantial and require a radical shift in how our content creators engage with the platform in order to stay up to date. Yet, I genuinely believe that these updates are beneficial in the long run as they also allow us to update and positively evolve our training programs. This way, we progress in our educational offerings and never remain stuck in outdated models.
5 stars! Just a great tool for our entire teams' learning experience!

What do you like best?
The ease of content creation and the functionality to collaborate with others. Also really love the way the data is presented - as somebody who is not a data analysis but who needs to keep track of everyone (as a team of 1) and to report on the L&D data, I appreciate this a lot. Makes my job actually doable!
What do you dislike?
The initial learning process is a little complicated, but they provide A LOT of amazing learning content on the engagement academy to help get you started. You're also assigned a personal CSA and mine (shout out to Graziella Verduci) is amazing. Quick responses, always available for a F2F chat if necessary and takes a real interest in us getting the most out of the platform.

The LMS environment changes regularly, but is that a disadvantage? The general design of the LMS might be modernized.

What do you like best?
While there is more functionality that we haven't explored yet, it was incredibly easy to begin setting up courses. I like that you can create content directly within the platform. Our Success Manager is very hands-on and responsive.
What do you dislike?
Not much - 360Learning meets all our needs and we get great feedback from learners. An option to set per-course deadlines within a Learning Program would be great.

I have had a wonderful experience with 360Learning, as it is incredibly user-friendly for both content creation and accessing courses and training. The platform's timely updates make it dynamic and cutting-edge, ensuring it stays ahead of the curve. Additionally, the support and guidance provided are readily available and highly effective.
What do you dislike?
However, it is worth noting one minor drawback. Some updates can be substantial and require several days or even months to implement fully, resulting in transitional periods that may temporarily slow down content creation and create uncertainty regarding which tools to use. Nevertheless, these updates ultimately work in our favor, continually enhancing the platform's flexibility and enabling us to provide modern and increasingly personalized training for our learners.
Great LMS for small-medium businesses to formalize their learning programmes

What do you like best?
Intuitive and simple to create contact. Support is quick and clear and the knowledge base answers most questions I have. The platform is visually interesting and it is simple to create engaging content, or import/embed content from external sources. The Engagement Academy is a wealth of information, not just about the platform but about training best practices. I also really appreciate the company's philosophy and approach to L&D, and how they empower L&D professionals.
What do you dislike?
Reporting is cumbersome at times and I need to export and manually verify data related to Open Questions. There have been improvements in this area, but there is a lot more that can be done. It can be difficult for the learners to understand when trainings are due as dynamic dates are displayed instead of specific dates (e.g. due in 1 week). Open Questions are great for assessing complex skills, but it is hard to track marking and provide visibility to both managers & instructors.
