What do you like best?
We like the easy and quick integration into the company. Monitoring by the 360 team. Ease of use for our employees. Management of comments and updates.
What do you dislike?
Automated reports are missing but the platform is working to integrate them in the year 2023. User management can be cumbersome in the event of high turnover

What do you like best?
I enjoy the fact that the platform is at the same time simple to use and allows you to do complex things.
What do you dislike?
At some point I felt the analysis part was not great but they improved it tremendously and its up to my standard now. I can do detailed analysis and we also use the Manager Dashboard which is convenient and simple to use in general
Easy to learn, easy to use and support team is good.

What do you like best?
it is very easy to creat content in 360L. Everyone is able to create and share knowledge. It give the opportunity to train everywhere at anytime.
What do you dislike?
Could be better for following the training our employees are attendng outside 360L and get report of it.
Good overall experience with the LMS 360 Learning.

What do you like best?
360 Learning is a fairly easy-to-use LMS with many collaborative features. In addition, the customer service is very responsive in case of questions.
What do you dislike?
I managed to use all the functions I was interested in to achieve my goals without too much difficulty. Even if you have a problem that is blocking you, the customer service is quick to react.
Really great LMS system which has brought our company into the 21st century

What do you like best?
Easy to use when building modules, the team have responded well using the app. I love the cheat sheets as I can download our blog and upload in an easy way. The different ways to answer questions and the ability to add in genially quizzes etc
What do you dislike?
I hoped to have a leaderboard where the team can compete against each other. Being unable to download the modules as scorms

What do you like best?
setting of the platform, getting started, user friendly to create and manage the users, easy to set up
What do you dislike?
I think that the customization deserves to be enriched in order to be able to be in different universes.
360Learning works really well for my projects and my clients and everyone is happy with it.

What do you like best?
I love the automatisation of many tasks, especially towards my clients' users. I also like the easiness of changing our programs, videos and quizzes.
What do you dislike?
It can be difficult for our clients to get a hold of all the possibilities in front of them when they want to export their data. Still, it only requires us to have a more detailed first meeting with the client while starting a training program.

What do you like best?
Powerfull for onboarding new agents (more than 2.000 per year) and to reinforce the core competencies in a very competitive industry.
What do you dislike?
Sincerely, nothing! 360Learning is perfect. By far the perfect LMS for administrators, learning engineers and users.

What do you like best?
I find the support team at 360 the most helpful. Jesse and Savannah were accommodating and supportive throughout the launch. The platform itself is easy to navigate for our training participants. I also love that we can make documents downloadable. We've streamlined communication with our training participants using programs and paths on the platform.
What do you dislike?
I found learning the platform overwhelming and a bit confusing at times. All the information was helpful, but there were a lot of emails, passwords, and websites to remember.
