What do you like best?
How easy it is for any user to create contents on the platform. The course elements and the integration with other tools make it quick and simple for anyone to create good quality content which can be easily shared with the relevant audience. The ease of use of 360Learning makes it simple for our SME's to create content and share with their colleagues. 360Learning follow their development roadmap without fail and every 2 weeks we get new features which makes it an exciting tool to work with.
What do you dislike?
Some administrative functionality, especially around reporting could do with being extended and simplified. 360Learning is a platform in evolution and I am sure that the more complex admin functionality is just around the corner.
It is a good stystem but lacks some of the dynamic funtions to make it great.

What do you like best?
It is easy to get started with. For basic use, it takes almost no training and most elements are self-explanatory. Our account manager is great. She is knowledgeable and always willing to help.
What do you dislike?
Biggets weak point is the stats and reporting. I think the statistics are quite basic. There are no dynamic stats and it takes some work to calculate the advance stats manually. More dynamic evaluations/ questions would be useful. Drag-and-drop questions would be great. Being able to define an area in an image or selecting multiple areas in an image would be great. Having an asymmetrical linker question would be useful as well.
Intuitive and well designed Learning Platform with a major focus on customer centricity.

The design of the platform and user-friendliness. The Customer Service & Support is second to none which is why we decided to stick to 360.
What do you dislike?
I haven't come across any (dis-)functionalities or situations that I didn't like. The support team is always eager to give the user the best experience possible.

What do you like best?
I can create learning paths that are creative, contain opportunities on each learning item for learner interaction, and that can be altered and edited with ease. My learners have varied comfort and skills with technology; having ways to easily bring in videos, cheat sheets, and visuals has helped immensely!
What do you dislike?
The only thing (which isn't exclusive to 360Learning) is the additional learning courses (through OpenSesame) are expensive to purchase.

360Learning offers a user-friendly experience that simplifies content creation and sharing with peers. As an administrator, I value the analytics provided, allowing me to easily track the training progress of the organization at a glance.
What do you dislike?
The capabilities for scheduling automated reminders may be somewhat limited. However, there have been notable product improvements in this aspect, which is truly impressive.

What do you like best?
The service is fantastic. The customer support team is prompt and helpful. Our Customer Success Partner Hannah has been amazing at helping us get the most out of the platform to achieve our goals.
What do you dislike?
I wish there were better tools for content creation. Currently, I use a different tool to create content - that means any time I make changes to my courses, I have to re-upload them to 360Learning, which can be cumbersome.
Very easy to get started and very good support, solution offering many possibilities

What do you like best?
I like the ease of use from the administrator's point of view but also a learner. The follow-up and responsiveness of support services is very effective
What do you dislike?
The downloading of training certificates should be improved, and all those of a session should be able to be downloaded at once.
Innovative, easy-to-use, and always looking to add value to the partnership

What do you like best?
I really love the service that comes along with the software. Don't get me wrong, 360 has ALL the bells and whistles that were important to myself and my team, but I very much feel that the 360Learning team cares about my company and the platform's success for our context.
What do you dislike?
There are some things that are on the roadmap that I'd love to have now. E.g. assigning groups to learnings can be cumbersome at times, but there's already a resolution for that coming down the pike. I would love to have a bit more control about password resets, as well, but the benefits greatly outweigh the very few drawbacks.
