What do you like best?
The way the administration side is organized (very easy to learn & use daily) + the service is really great, ideal for modern educational needs.
What do you dislike?
I would like to see some functions even further developed so they would be even more tailor made for our company. That being said, an LMS is a work in progress and the Absorb development teams works really hard to improve. Communication of LMS updates (what has been updated and when) could be better though.

What do you like best?
The customer support folks are AWESOME! They are reliable, flexible, responsive, patient and knowledgeable.
What do you dislike?
We have had some struggles on the reporting side; however, the team at Absorb has been helpful.
Absorb LMS makes it easy for employees to learn and access helpful information.

What do you like best?
This is very easy to use as an administrator. I use this system everyday and if there are ever problems, the support team is very helpful.
What do you dislike?
I would like to be able to personalize the system more to our company's needs. Also, I would like if there were more reports/analytics available. I would also like more mass edit options, so I do not have to change each course individually.
The LMS with a great UX and has a great admin side.

What do you like best?
How easy the system is to use, from both the admin and learner perspective. Also, the robust reporting features are a major step up from our previous LMS. The ability to customize the learner dashboard with our logo and company colors is a nice touch, and makes the LMS appear more consistent within our training options. One of the biggest highlights of our Absorb experience has been the customer service, which is truly wonderful. The team is dedicated to your success through implementation.
What do you dislike?
The integration process with other systems, such as Salesforce, was rocky. We were left to our own devices with little direction on how to proceed. However, this is just one area that could be improved. The rest of our experience with Absorb, from the sales process at the start to the implementation process (which we are currently doing), has been fantastic, and the reps assigned to our account have been responsive and helpful. Overall, there was very little we disliked about Absorb LMS.
The LMS has a great admin side and is customizable for many different departments!

The way the administration side is organized (very easy to learn & use daily) + the service from our CSM is superb!
What do you dislike?
I would like to see some functions even further developed so they would be even more tailor made for our company. I'd love to have support from Solution Architects that can help us make the LMS a better learning for our customers.
A user-friendly system with consistent evolutions to maintain pace with client needs.

What do you like best?
The Customer Service & the teams I have communicated with are all reliable, friendly, patient, and flexible. The implementation of our company's organization into appropriate departments and sub-departments was seamless saving us hundreds of hours! I really appreciate the visibility of feedback on other client suggestions too!
What do you dislike?
I would like to see more accessible tutorial videos created based on client FAQs and/or best practice tips lesson in order to satisfy "x" condition type of content. Example: "Best practices for setting up and updating a course that is required once a year"
The Absorb LMS is a leader in the LMS industry!!!!

What do you like best?
Two aspects I like most; 1. User side - it is user-friendly and looks and feels like modern technology should 2. Administrative side - very easy to learn how to use and easy to set up in a short amount of time. The learning curve is low.
What do you dislike?
90% of the functionality is great, there are 10% of minor things that could be improved to make the user experience from the admin side better.
The customer service and customer support is exceptional.

What do you like best?
Uploading courses and building curricula is straightforward and easy to use. The reporting capabilities are also thorough and robust.
What do you dislike?
As a franchise system, there are some functions that we are missing and would love to see developed. That being said, communication with our rep is exceptional and I am confident some changes will be implemented soon.
