What do you like best?
Absorb got lots of good things compared to other LMS I use before. Learners can use the content easy and quick. Admins have many features to make things better. The admin work is simple, and reports help managers see how learners doing, making training more useful.
What do you dislike?
It’s difficult to find faults with Absorb since it’s constantly being improved, with new features regularly introduced.
Absorb LMS has been a great tool for customer training as well as internal training.

What do you like best?
It works great for ILC registration, management and reporting. It is also very helpful for compliance training and certification. We use it for customer product training as well.
What do you dislike?
We are extremely happy with our selection, so nothing really we can add to this cons section.

What do you like best?
After evaluating several LMS platforms, Absorb emerged as the top choice! What stands out most about Absorb is its exceptional user-friendliness. Navigating the system is seamless, eliminating the need to sift through FAQs.
What do you dislike?
Nothing really. We use the system daily and experience minimal issues from both admin and user perspectives.
Great tool, lots of integrations with our existing stack, great support team!

What do you like best?
The setup process was smooth and efficient thanks to our implementation specialist, who was exceptionally cooperative and helped our team fully grasp the product. Her customer service was excellent. Our integration with ADP ensures real-time data updates, which has greatly simplified our administrative tasks and improved ease of use for our development team.
What do you dislike?
Nothing at all so far. Will make sure to update my review should I come across any issues. So far, so good.

What do you like best?
Absorb is user-friendly, and the training offered is outstanding. I've particularly enjoyed using the AI and narration tools, along with the knowledge check features. The customer support has been exceptional, with the Absorb team guiding us seamlessly through every stage of the implementation process.
What do you dislike?
We are very pleased with our selection, so don't really have something that I like the least ''yet''.

What do you like best?
From the start, the Absorb team has been exceptionally supportive. With a wealth of resources like articles and the academy, you quickly become familiar with all the features. The setup was straightforward and intuitive, making it easy to gain confidence in using the admin dashboard.
What do you dislike?
In all honesty, I can not really think of any downsides to Absorb LMS. It truly delivers!

Its extensive range of features offers excellent value for the investment. The system is straightforward to navigate and operate. Customer support is outstanding, providing quick and effective solutions. The platform also benefits from regular updates that enhance both its stability and functionality.
What do you dislike?
You might come across occasional bugs, but nothing critical that would ruin the experience.

It is an easy-to-use platform with robust reporting and dashboards. Implementing robust reporting and dashboard features in Absorb LMS involved configuring custom reporting tools and dashboards to effectively track learner progress, performance, and engagement metrics.
What do you dislike?
There are no complaints so far, just some occasional bugs that are not really a problem since they are instantly resolved.
