What do you like best?
Content creator is easy to use. Absorb LMS stands out for its intuitive content creation tools, making it easy to design engaging learning materials with minimal effort. The drag-and-drop interface simplifies the process, allowing for seamless customization of multimedia elements.
What do you dislike?
One aspect I find less favorable about ABsorb LMS is the limited flexibility in customizing certain features and templates. While the platform offers a range of pre-designed options, there are times when I wish for more control over the design elements to better align with specific instructional needs.

What do you like best?
I appreciate how accessible and thorough our CSM was when getting my team acclimated to the LMS. I am new to the L&D space and being able to boost my teams trainings with Absorb Create's interactivity features has been great.
What do you dislike?
This platform is extremely customizable which is great but the learning curve from an admin end was pretty steep. If I wasn't tech savvy I think I would have struggled.
It meets and exceeds my expectations for an LMS and resource library

What do you like best?
Overall, I feel so grateful that my company chose Absorb as our LMS. The training and onboarding has been really great and worthwhile. I love the content creation tools in Absorb Create and I am excited by the new AI features.
What do you dislike?
So far I have not had any issues with content creation and implementation. When I need help on any subject to broaden my own understanding, the support staff is quick to help and always are so pleasant to work with.
Absorb is a great LMS for any company due to its ease of use and customer service.

What do you like best?
The ease of use for my learners. The Manager Experience is perfect for them to enroll and see their direct reports progress. I also love all the upgrades they have been installing since we have started with them.
What do you dislike?
Integration with 3rd party content vendors. It takes to long to upload and make edits. The calendar is not linked to anything except ILC sessions and should be able to sync to Outlook.
Great LMS with a lot of easy to use capabilities and features!

What do you like best?
I love how user friendly Absorb is, both as a user and administrator. The amount of training features and reporting is great as well!
What do you dislike?
I'd like to see their survey capability improved. We ended up creating our surveys in Absorb Create based on the types of questions we need, but with Absorb Create you're limited in formatting and placement options with questions, which was disappointing.

What do you like best?
Absorb’s platform is user-friendly and thoughtfully designed. The customer support is outstanding, with our Client Success Manager, always promptly addressing our questions, discussing ideas, and assisting with any needs. The help desk is also quick and effective in handling tickets and projects. Absorb consistently enhances its products and features, enabling us to effectively manage our learning and development programs for our large, rapidly expanding company using their platform.
What do you dislike?
There’s nothing negative to say about Absorb LMS —it’s consistently reliable and well-designed. With continuous improvements and exceptional support, it fully meets our needs without any drawbacks.
Absorb LMS is very easy to use and I love that support are responsive

What do you like best?
I like the support the most because I can reach them any time of the day and they will try to resolve it ASAP
What do you dislike?
I think the customization can improve because I find something is confusing to my users but it turns out I can't change those

What do you like best?
The simplicity of it all. The program is very user friendly, and easily set up, maintained, and adjusted. The customer service is exceptional as well along with all of the resources that are provided.
What do you dislike?
I can't say there is anything I dislike about the program at this time. If there is something I would love to see increased, that would be more trainings on use cases (although they do have a lot of this already).
Absorb is a very powerful LMS that could cater for a lot of different companies and circumstances.

What do you like best?
What I like the most is that it is highly customizable and offers a great amount of features, making it easy to use in a lot of different scenarios.
What do you dislike?
What I like the least is the admin experience, since it can get a bit overwhelming with so many settings. It takes a while to know how to use all the reporting features.
It is an overall amazing tool. Simple and complete.

What do you like best?
The tool is highly intuitive, enabling any user (admin or learner) to quickly master its various functions. Moreover, it offers a wide range of solutions adapted to the different needs of a company. For me, it was the perfect tool in terms of meeting my demands (which were very specific and complex). Finally, the Absorb team has always been great. They're always accessible and very reactive to help me.
What do you dislike?
The tool has not disappointed me, as it has always met my company's needs. It offers all the necessary functionalities.
