What do you like best?
Everything espically the user friendly-ness of the software and its integrated tools. Adding uses, automations, the ability to customise everything and the easy adaptation of my staff to using it.
What do you dislike?
The reports should be able to be customised and editable in PDF and word docs.

What do you like best?
The ease of use for students and staff. The majority of people are able to login and complete multipls courses and never need to ask for assistance!
What do you dislike?
The platform doesn't have an instant chat option for tech support. I email tech support, and then get an answer by the end of the day. This has worked fine, but a chat option with a quicker response would be ideal.

What do you like best?
The ease of setup allowed me to get my courses running quickly and the customer support was great when I needed assistance.
What do you dislike?
Honestly, there are no cons that I have found so far with the product. It has been great so far, and the free trial to get started was a great way to see all the features before purchasing.

What do you like best?
Integration of several media types and it's easy administration. Never thought handling this LMS is as intuitive!
What do you dislike?
In some points the design is somehow old-fashioned. However, the option to place my own corporate design makes it irrelevant.

What do you like best?
The user experience is great and the platform is very easy to use from both an admin and learner point of view.
What do you dislike?
The browser compatibility issue users get when trying to view SCORM courses is currently not a great experience for learners.

What do you like best?
On one hand, the administration tools are really easy to use and intuitive, in just a day you are able to set up your site and branches without guidance and without a paid plan. On the other hand, it is highly customizable, with no need to request changes. You can easily add your own javascript for each branch (independently) and in case you don't know how to do something (configuration or code), the support team replies fast with clear explanations and even the solution. Huge help!
What do you dislike?
In my case, the payment gateways didn't fit our needs. Even though they got the most popular and growing payment gateways with an easy setup, for my country those gateways are not so popular. Instead, we had to take a larger path with some customizations and other integration tools Talent LMS offer, as a workaround to solve this.

What do you like best?
-Setting up learning paths -Customising URLs -Customising the home page -Fully integration communication via the platform
What do you dislike?
I would've liked prompts and alerts, cues etc., in text while building the LMS. I took more time to look into videos, the interface is extremely intuitive, and with some cues, i think the time taken to set up the entire system would be way quicker

1. Gamifications tools and leaderboards 2. Custom reports. 3. Extracting summary infographs for course is also a helpful tool 4. Integration of Messaging with email 5. The ease of Custom Domain mapping
What do you dislike?
1. the inability to isolate gamification points for separate courses. 2. the inability to perform mass actions according to different criteria 3. Not integrated with Zoom Webinar

What do you like best?
I love how robust the tool is. I was drawn to the LMS and got a feature-rich system that can expand my business offerings. I love the branching. It allows me to customize client experiences within "clicks" allowing me to have satisfied customers. The support team is AMAZING. They respond quickly and accurately making you feel like your business team got an incredible expansion. I feel like with this tool I can make my "what ifs" a reality in business.
What do you dislike?
I wish I could map custom domains to the branches. I have customers who want a subset of my main offering and they also want to see a custom domain attached to it. That would be an incredible upgrade.

What do you like best?
The ability to white label, support, ability to try 95% of the functionality for free - great support, fast deployment and ability to upload videos (instead of vimeo work arounds)... app is also a premium...
What do you dislike?
Navigation within the courses - especially completed courses can sometimes be a bit difficult to navigate back. Standard look is a bit dated - but must admit I haven't utilized CCS options yet. In app device rotation can be improved.
