The fact that it is easy to use restricts the need for technical support it is also great that it is customisable.
What do you dislike?
I'd like to be able to remove some aspects like the 'price' etc because we are not charging.

What do you like best?
Simplicity of setting up and use. Intuitive User Interface and very logical. Quite scalable for my needs and will be easy to onboard people on this platform.
What do you dislike?
Nothing really. The signing up process could be improved a little bit, especially when adding users to courses. Had to read a lot of articles to figure out.

What do you like best?
It's a great way to train our employees and document the process we would like to have followed for various tasks.
What do you dislike?
The one complaint I have is the way you have to set up answers on the "tests" for the training is very restrictive and not intuitive.

The auto correction test facilities. The customizable homepage with a very fresh and easy navigation

It would be great to have more question types such as a Fill in the Blanks with open ended answers instead of the drop down word list

What do you like best?
TalentLMS is very easy to use.The dashboards are clean, report generation is solid, and support often delivers custom code or advice within hours, which is a game-changer for our team’s workflow.
What do you dislike?
There is nothing really to add to this section. We, as an organization, are extremely satisfied with the features along with the price tag
The right product for our Compliance LMS, Easy to use

What do you like best?
User management and reporting are very important for our compliance training content. We need to be able to offer reports to our clients on their team's training for audit purposes. We are creating courses with multiple learning methods, instructor-led and video, to allow our clients varied and diverse education. Certificates and the ability to revoke them upon new units being added it a nice bonus to make our software training current.
What do you dislike?
The three methods of interaction as an admin takes a little getting used to, when to navigate between Learner, Instructor and Admin. But with a little practice, and the process of setting up the system, issues are resolved before deployment.

What do you like best?
I appreciate how TalentLMS keeps learning engaging with interactive designs, heatmaps, and regular updates. It’s easy to manage and enjoyable for learners and admins.
What do you dislike?
Some updates and rollouts come with glitches, but they are resolved instantly. Their support team rocks!

The amount of features that Talent LMS offers is by far the best in the market comparing it with other softwares
What do you dislike?
Being able to raise a ticket should be straight forward not through a form. It is a bit confusing the configuration process (groups, categories)

There were several characteristics that I discovered. The design and interface of TalentLMS are stunning. TalentLMS has fantastic customer service. TalentLMS is equipped with a number of useful features. TalentLMS comes at a fair price.
What do you dislike?
I discovered a number of issues with functionality. In Customization, I discovered a few issues.
