What do you like best?
Easy to approach, timely delivery, and quality of service delivery. They pay attention to the customer's needs and making sure of expectations are met.
What do you dislike?
Nothing that I have noticed while working with them, except the pricing which is on the higher side, but looking into the quality of delivery that's not an issue.
Beautifully designed work aligned to highest standards and best practices.

What do you like best?
I would be pressed to choose between the highly-skilled team and the stunning results they produce.
What do you dislike?
No complaints. EI Design is professional, responsive and communicates clearly. The time zone difference is sometimes a challenge but i appreciate their willingness to meet at times that are convenient for me.

What do you like best?
The team at EI design are a pleasure to deal with. Their hard-work, creativity & patience enabled us to deliver an entirely digital, localised induction program for all our international new hires (25k+ employees). The program acheived a return on investment within 2 months of launching. Not only that, but satsfaction & engagement was not compromised and the modules remain the highest rated on our LMS with 4.7/5 with 70+ reviews from staff across the business.
What do you dislike?
I really don't have a bad word to say about EI. I have no complaints. What they do at the price that they do it is fantastic.
EI Design has been a delight to work with at all project stages.

What do you like best?
EI Design is extremely client oriented and have worked extensively to meet exacting goals, across a wide range of training topics.
What do you dislike?
Question does not apply. Nothing to put here. I don't have anything to include under "what do you like the least"

The team really understood my requirements and were able to design our training to fit.
What do you dislike?
The process to design took a little longer than expected, but the end results were worth it

The professionalism and how I was treated well as a client. EI Design were always responsive and solution-oriented.

Everything went well. I could not have asked for a better software developer/

They understood our requirements very well and delivered very good quality projects. They always met the deadlines and there were very few iterations required

So far our experience with EI design has been good. There isn't much that we have disliked. They have a good team.

What do you like best?
EI Design team comprises of extremely passionate professionals with indepth knowledge of the eLearning domain. A great partner to ideate and also to get the projects level implementation done with full satisfaction.
What do you dislike?
There is not particular to not like. They should definitely expand into wider portfolio and off the shelf content offerings.

The EI team is highly responsive and always ready to help. We were very happy with the knowledge level of the team with focus on high quality of work and final outcome.
What do you dislike?
So far the experience with EI have been all positive. They do regular follow-ups. No negatives to discuss at this stage.
