What do you like best?
The quality of work, timely delivery, plan availability at all levels etc along with managements dedication for customer success
What do you dislike?
I did not find anything negative about it, and like any organization there is scope for improvement on content side.
Strong capabilities around e-learning and an undiluted focus & Commitment from the Leadership. .

What do you like best?
1. Ei Design team of highly committed professionals who worked closely with our requirements. Despite our requirements being fragmented & complex, they were patient with us, guided & supported us through the process in building great content for the latest release. 2. Consultative approach & selling, along with Commitment from the Leadership to engage w customers is what stands out at EiDesign. 3. Responsive, Agile & never let you down on deadlines or quality. Great business partner!
What do you dislike?
We continue to have an excellent experience with Ei Design as our e-learning partner, nothing to dislike.

What do you like best?
The quality of the modules is outstanding and the team at EI Design were a pleasure to work with. Would highly recommend them!
What do you dislike?
We had a very positive experience with EI Design, so I would not have anything negative to say about our experience.
Great organization. Flexible. Sharon is a great PM and Praveen is great at ID.

What do you like best?
Great people work at EiDesign. They are always willing to make thing right. They really work around the clock for their clients. They have a huge team of people that are experts in their different areas.
What do you dislike?
Sometimes a few deadlines are missed. Sometimes communication is difficult due to accents. Sometimes you have to push them them to get great results.
Ei Design provides a superior product with minimal cost.

What do you like best?
I enjoy Ei Design's willingness to make changes at our request and their ability to adapt our information into an engaging and instructional format.
What do you dislike?
There are multiple communication and review portals that I believe could be simplified into one method of communication.

What do you like best?
Extremely responsive and communicative; great customer service and commitment to partnership.
What do you dislike?
There was some miscommunication at hand-off from sales to project launch which caused some issues early on, but these were mitigated quickly by their leadership team which allowed us to move forward effectively and ultimately strengthen the partnership.
Harvest have been working with EI Design for over 5 years and they are a key partner for Harvest.

The quality of the digital learning content in particular their expertise in visual design. Their partnership approach.
What do you dislike?
The outsource model can sometimes be challenging but that is the nature of the service. Time difference is a challenge

What do you like best?
Speed of response and quality of service. A thoroughly professional, high quality training package produced.
What do you dislike?
No problems encountered. The entire process was efficient and seamless, meaning no undue effort was required on our behalf.
It is very easy to work with them. They have an easy project management system

What do you like best?
Their understanding of interactive education is very good. The designers stay close to our house style. Communication is easy
What do you dislike?
They haven't got very much experience with Healthcare professionals. Additionally as they work with rather big teams, the need for checking storyboards and way of writing is needed.
