What do you like best?
I enjoyed the timeliness of meeting each phase of the project. The team was also very responsive to any questions or modification requests.
What do you dislike?
I spent time editing much of the language and colloquialisms to meet customers needs for U.S. audiences.

What do you like best?
Our account team at EI is always very timely and clear in their communications. Their graphic design and training development are excellent and never look dated or like standard, off-the-shelf e-learning courses. They always take our feedback and changes positively even if we change our mind a few times. We will continue to use them and look forward to learning how we can deliver compliance training in new and different ways.
What do you dislike?
We have found that detailed reviews that really look closely at every element of a course are sometimes lacking which leads to missed deadlines.

What do you like best?
Expectations were met on a timely manner and the communication was great. Value for money service. Clear set of deliverable were present and it was achieved on time.
What do you dislike?
There is nothing I can think off that I dislike about their service. They did a fantastic job and were above my expectations.

What do you like best?
We really enjoy how they adapt their ways of working depending on the project needs and deadlines but also their proactiveness on learning design and strategy.
What do you dislike?
EIDesign is especially talented on the learning strategy and design but could also diversify the graphical design skills.

What do you like best?
Innovative, experimental, problem solving and ready to take on fresh challenges. Always have been able to come up with nice designs and good solutions for problem statements.
What do you dislike?
Communication needs to improve and quality testing needs to be more profound before delivering solutions to the client.
Our experience with EI Design to date as been a delight!

What do you like best?
EI Design has been a pleasure to partner with over the last 2 years, I would say that their knowledge around how to get the best out of digital learning to achieve desired outcomes is a great asset. This coupled with their attention to detail and responsiveness had helped us deliver may successful project for our customers.
What do you dislike?
I can honestly say that there is nothing that we do not like about EI Design. This is also the feedback we have from our clients who we have used EI Design services through us.
Helped us build a new business vertical with a strong foundation.

The EIDesign Team is very approachable and easy to work with.Ideas and suggestions are heard and what is doable is achieved even through better suggestions made.They are flexible and reciprocate positively to discussions.
