What do you like best?
Their great experience about eLearning and the way they can deal with complex technical content to turn it into a training material suitable for our Teams.
What do you dislike?
Nothing special. Deadlines are sometimes not fulfilled and we may have to repeat some requests, but this also comes from the material we provide that are not clear enough.
Excellent partnership; good feedback; great communication.

What do you like best?
Willingness to work together. Transparency about issues. Honest feedback on questions. Good working level team and sales interaction.
What do you dislike?
Perhaps, better file/information handling systems required in future. A large collection of emails and files needs to be better organized rather than dealing with them in a pile.
Overall very good. We've worked with them on a few projects with good results.

What do you like best?
They produce high quality content for us and are generally very good at communicating project progress.
What do you dislike?
Occasionally agreed deadlines are missed, which can cause problems with a client who is expecting to see an updated version of some content on a specific date.

What do you like best?
EI Design team is a very good example of collaboration, teamwork and customer centric-ness. They are agile and make changes as requested by the business. What makes it a pleasure to work with them is that they truly act like 'partners' consulting to understand the requirement and delivering high quality work.
What do you dislike?
I would like to look into the positive of the contribution done by EI Design. So no comments.
They have professional people and best services to help you match up your needs.

What do you like best?
Extremely creative and industry leaders in e-Learning. Very quick turnaround and deadline orientation. We had a great support from one of the Team Member of EI design- Sudheendhraa.
What do you dislike?
No Issues so Far. The services provided were helpful & Would recommend others as well.
They are quick to replay, stay on top of their projects and are always friendly and helpful.

What do you like best?
They can assist me in my smaller projects that I don't have the bandwidth to complete. This means I don't have to turn away business. They are fast, reliable and Praveen keeps up on making sure all communication occurs and timelines are developed. I will be back.
What do you dislike?
I don't have any items to place here at this time. We are working on our first project together and I can't wait to see the results.
EI has proved to have high level of knowledge and experience in the CBT space.

What do you like best?
High quality of work. Innovative/creative teams. They seem to understand my requirements easily.
What do you dislike?
Still very early interactions, hence not much to say. but from initial interactions there have been delays.

NA. As far as now, I have not seen any dis-ability as they are having a excellent team.
Our organisation has used EI Design for 4 years for various CrossKnowledge Clients.

What do you like best?
Its great that they are 5 hours ahead of us. This usually helps us speed up activity and keep on track with milestones. Communication is great too. The more we work with them, the better they understand the working style and strategy of our clients. They are very familiar with all authoring tools including our own Mohive tool, which increases our ability of delivering cost effective solutions for our clients.
What do you dislike?
I haven't come across anything I dislike really. All the client work produced by EI Design, comes at high standards.
Good team to work on projects with faster turn around time.

What do you like best?
A responsive team with very apt design expertise. Process oriented and highly professional team to work with. Can come up with new approaches and designs.
What do you dislike?
We did not face any hassles working with EI Design team, due to smooth communication and reporting.
