What do you like best? It is very accessible to most small organizations who don't want to spend a lot on emerging eLearning projects or programs. It is easy to use and to manage. With a little creativity and the help of a good authoring tool you can create very effective eLearning without the need of large investments on an LMS (so you can focus your investment on sound Instructional design and content development). Also, there is a huge community of developers helping and creating great plugins all the time.
What do you dislike? Its linear layout. It can be fixed with Flex Page format but these don't update as quickly as Moodle updates. Non xAPI (or I don't yet know how to use it)

What do you like best? I love the freedom to integrate resources from all over the web and add plugins that expand the usability of the system.
What do you dislike? Unless your organisation has an experienced Moodle technician, it can be a challenge to address specific issues that can pop up behind the scenes.
