Moodle has a lot of flexibility but the features and functions aren't easy for most people.

What do you like best?
Flexibility and the ability to formulate Moodle to so many different interfaces, based on the needs and desires of the faculty, students, and institution. Also, the ability to interoperate with so many products.
What do you dislike?
Moodle requires too many steps in many instances, and the core product does not have a lot of the on-board features that many other LMS products used in Higher Ed have natively.
