What do you like best? The fact that it is open source, and with the community of support behind it, it is the 'safest' LMS available, as there is no risk of the cost of it being hiked upwards.
What do you dislike? Sometimes is uses language inconsistently, which can lead to confusion.

What do you like best? The simplicity of it because it is easy for me to teach others to use it. Moodle docs from the developers are readily available for those who like to discover and learn on their own. Moodle developers are constantly making changes that improve functions and usability.
What do you dislike? MOODLE only offers the two choices for system notifications, popups while in the system, or emails. I would like more notification and integration methods such as text messages and Google calendar synchronization.
