What do you like best?
The AI creation tools (like TalentCraft) are handy for quick course builds, and pricing is fair for everything you get. Even our account manager is friendly and responsive. It’s functional and cost-effective as our program grows.
What do you dislike?
I’d like more advanced courses, especially on topics like AI. The existing library is basic, and I’ve had to build more in-depth content myself.

The value for the annual investment is great, I've used others at 3-5X times the cost that don't have some of the features this tool does.
What do you dislike?
I'd like to see more comprehensive reporting features and the ability to schedule reports with more frequency.

What do you like best?
Setup was a breeze and users pick it up fast. I really like the progress tracking and gamification features as they make learning feel more engaging.
What do you dislike?
The reporting tools are very good, but if you want to produce some custom reporting it can be quite challenging.

What do you like best?
TalentLMS is remarkably cost-effective for the breadth of features it offers. Tools like TalentCraft AI, learning paths, branches, and automated triggers give us enterprise-level capabilities at a reasonable price point. That balance between functionality and affordability is a winneer.
What do you dislike?
I occasionally noticed slight lag in run-down reports, but it's very minor and doesn't slow workflow.

What do you like best?
I like the ease of managing, creating, reporting, and deploying of the LMS to our many customers and employees in multiple countries.
What do you dislike?
If there was one thing I like the least about TalentLMS, I would say it would be the lack of phone assistance when calling into their help desk. Typically have to fill out a form and wait a day or so to get response. Sometimes, answers would be more beneficial in they could be faster with a type of administrator-level live call center. Other than that, I like their response time and their assistance is always helpful.

What do you like best?
I’ve found TalentLMS’s quizzes, badges, points, and leaderboard features excellent at keeping engagement high. Learners enjoy the friendly competition, and it motivates them to complete modules on time. These tools are easy to enable and customise, making training feel much more interactive.
What do you dislike?
A little improvement in quiz design flexibility would be nice, but all the core functionality already works great.

TalentLMS is a breeze when it comes to course uploads. Whether it's SCORM packages or video files, the uploader handles everything smoothly. Once set up, the courses play responsively on both desktop and mobile, ensuring learners can access content from anywhere without trouble. The system works consistently without complex setup.
What do you dislike?
I’d love to see more template variety for homepages someday, but it’s a small detail compared to how well the system functions overall.
