What do you like best?
As someone new to LMS platforms, TalentLMS was incredibly easy to pick up. The interface is clean and intuitive, and I was able to design and launch training in no time. I especially appreciate the AI-driven TalentCraft course creation as it helps me build solid content fast.
What do you dislike?
Nothing spotted so far. I haven't tried the mobile version though, and all my feeback is based on the desktop one.

What do you like best?
At this point, I’d like to particularly commend the exceptional service from TalentLMS – it truly leaves nothing to be desired and goes well beyond the standard. I am especially impressed by the combination of swift response times and the depth of their answers: the team not only provides prompt solutions but also offers invaluable tips to help maximize the platform’s potential. TalentLMS has set the bar high for excellent support – thank you for this outstanding service!
What do you dislike?
There is little to mention here, as my overall experience was very positive. But there is always room for improvement [e.g. the user experience with certain functions].

What do you like best?
It's very user friendly and offers enough possibilities to create strong e-learnings. I love the integrations and the seamless implementation from tools like ZOOM in it.
What do you dislike?
Hard to say. This LMS fits and works perfect! Working with talentLMS will give you this kind of "Apple-moment". Really awesome LMS!

TalentLMS consistently improves and keeps getting better every year

What do you like best?
I have been using TalentLMS since 2018 and every year the platform keeps getting better. The support team is super responsive and actually resolves issues. Lately the AI-powered course creation tool is helping us build content faster.
What do you dislike?
One thing that still throws me off is the checkout system. We cannot place a single order for multiple participants or courses, so I have to enroll people manually, which gets tedious when you have many attendees.

What do you like best?
Presentation, easy setup and ease of use. It was very easy to get onboarded to. I was even able to use Zapier to setup automatic tasks to sync with salesforce and my website with talentlms. Very powerful application. I also like that they keep innovating like the integration with AI but i have not had the opportunity to use it yet.
What do you dislike?
None so far. Like everything about the product. Not had the opportunity to test the AI part of the product yet.

What do you like best?
TalentLMS offers a great platform design that is so user-friendly, even an amateur can easily find their ways in it. It allows us to upload our course videos and targeting them to our customers around the world, without boundaries limitation. It enables us to offer our courses to a larger market without investing too much, at least at the beginning.
What do you dislike?
Though TalentLMS offers good flexibility for new start-up customers, we still hope to see a much competitive priced packages when we sign up, especially for the Asian market. Further, as there is a limitation on each video file size upload onto it, we hope the file size can be reasonably larger.

What do you like best?
The system is easy to use for learners and administrators and has a clean UI. It was a good solution for smaller organizations from a usability standpoint that don't have extensive integration needs or complex security requirements. I work with four different LMSs as an admin; this used to be my go-to recommendation for small biz because of the quick learning curve, but recent price hike no longer makes it a good value solution.
What do you dislike?
They more than doubled the price (120% increase for the same plan) with no new features. We need a new solution since it is no longer in our budget--a major hassle. Simple functions that are standard with most LMS and nearly all customers use (ig-custom reports), were put into a higher price category to force org's to upgrade. It is no longer the great option it was for small business. Buyer beware--with the outrageous price hikes, you may need to change systems a year or two after implementing.

What do you like best?
Library and ease of use, branches. The variety of courses and that you keep adding new courses.
What do you dislike?
That I can add my own digital badge that my learners receive on completing a tailored course. That in the quizzes you don't have the option to go back and change your answer in a previous question.

What do you like best?
Easy to administrate and for users to use. Support is quick and efficient. It´s a very reasonable price for what it offers.
What do you dislike?
It could have more functionalities to manage teams and departments. Integrations and personalization could be easier. It should accept all SCORM formats.

What do you like best?
It is extremely user-friendly for admins, learners as well as instructors. It comes at a great price when compared to other well-known LMSs. Amazing client support team.
What do you dislike?
Their built-in course authoring tool is not great. It's average at best, which is why I would advise instructional designers to combine it with a stand-alone auth tool like Captivate or iSpring as we do.
