What do you like best?
Litmos offers a highly intuitive administrative interface that streamlines learning program management across our organization. The platform's reporting functionality, automated reminders, and gamification elements have significantly increased learner engagement and accountability. Implementation was straightforward, and it has been seamlessly integrated into our ongoing employee development strategy. Their support team is responsive, knowledgeable, and always professional.
What do you dislike?
More advanced customization features tend to be complex and typically require additional support, which often incurs extra costs. Additionally, we’ve experienced some inconsistency in account management due to changes in assigned representatives, which can delay the resolution of time-sensitive support issues.

What do you like best?
Switching to a new LMS is never an easy task, but Litmos fully delivered on what they had promised. From setup to implementation everything ran smoothly and within the timeframes that were discussed. They also helped us with migration as we had tons of learner data from our previous LMS. Creating content is easy and learner feedback is great.
What do you dislike?
I m pleased to say that I m happy in all aspects from setup all the way to uploading my newly built course earlier this morning.
Strong LMS with quick wins, but limited scalability and admin challenges hinder long-term value

What do you like best?
Litmos is straightforward and easy to use, which made initial setup and rollout quick and effective. The intuitive interface allows new users to get up to speed with minimal training, and discovering new features along the way has added incremental value. Our account representative has provided excellent support, which has been a bright spot in our experience.
What do you dislike?
Admin functions become cumbersome at scale, particularly with user roles and permissions. Over time, the simplicity that was once a benefit now feels like a constraint. For larger teams and evolving requirements, the system doesn't offer the depth or agility we need. These issues are beginning to outweigh the ease-of-use we appreciated early on.

What do you like best?
Litmos offers a clean and intuitive interface for both learners and administrators, which is especially valuable in a fast-paced environment like us. Customization options allow us to maintain a professional, branded experience without complicating navigation. The platform supports multiple integrations, and the ability to activate only necessary features gives us flexibility in how we manage training across operational teams.
What do you dislike?
Administrative tasks at scale can be tedious. For instance, updating certificate templates across multiple courses requires manual edits to each course, which is inefficient for organizations like ours where training must be frequently revised to meet regulatory standards.

What do you like best?
Both admins and users like the interface as it’s clean, intuitive, and allows easy branding. Features can be switched on or off based on needs, making the system adaptable for different training goals.
What do you dislike?
Nothing significant to report. The platform performs as expected and fully delivers. Kudos to their support teams too!
Litmos LMS truly delivers. Can't think of a better system for our industry

What do you like best?
When I first joined my company I was asked to research LMSs and come up with a proposal. Litmos was the LMS that stood out for me and 5 years later, I m so happy to see that this solution was not only adapted by our internal learners, but also by our clients.
What do you dislike?
There might be some occasional glitches, but nothing that would heavily impact admin or learner experience. It truly delivers

What do you like best?
Litmos was very capable when I worked on product training. Progress tracking is easy, the setup is fast, and deployment takes very little effort, which is excellent for teams needing quick results.
What do you dislike?
I do not really have any drawbacks to mention here. Overall, it provides a smooth learner experience.

What do you like best?
Litmos integrates seamlessly with tools like Salesforce, Zoom, and Teams, which makes it a powerful platform. The compliance features and ready-made content library are excellent for employee development.
What do you dislike?
No major concerns to highlight here. It has been a dependable learning management system overall, unlike our previous one (CSOD).

What do you like best?
The platform handles large learner groups very well. Assignments, progress tracking, and reporting all scale without issue. Notifications keep learners on schedule, and the automation saves countless hours for administrators.
What do you dislike?
There is nothing worth mentioning as a drawback or something that I like the least. The system works as intended.

What do you like best?
I appreciate how intuitive Litmos is, whether in administrator or learner view, getting started was smooth. Uploading courses, creating assessments, and generating reports all work seamlessly and fast, helping me keep track of progress without hassle.
What do you dislike?
Honestly, there is not much to point out here. The system works reliably and delivers what is promised.
