Softbook has proven to be an excellent solution for our educational needs. The quality of materials and customization options have allowed us to tailor the platform to specific tasks. The mobile app enables our students to learn at their convenience, which is crucial in our fast-paced world. The functionality to upload various content formats significantly expands our teaching capabilities.
What do you dislike?
Occasionally, there are delays when uploading content. Sometimes there are technical glitches, but they are quickly resolved.
The ability to integrate video, quizzes and tutorials makes learning more engaging.

What do you like best?
I recently used the LMS Softbook to develop an online course on barbering, and I can say with confidence that it was a great experience. The platform provides all the necessary tools to create high-quality training content that allows you to detail every aspect of barbering. The interface is very intuitive, making it easy to create courses even for those who are not tech experts. Students are actively engaged in learning thanks to interactive elements and opportunities for practice.
What do you dislike?
Some users may feel the need for more detailed and customizable reporting to track student progress.

What do you like best?
Our team is always busy and we don't have enough time to deal with new features. But the Softbook team helped us with setting up and mastering the platform, which made the process much easier. The system is intuitive and user-friendly, which allows us to quickly integrate into the learning process. In addition, I would like to thank the developers separately for the excellent CRM and LMS.
What do you dislike?
Personally, I have only been using Softbook for the second month, but in that time I have managed to appreciate its functionality. The latest updates to the platform are really three years ahead, which makes the learning process even easier and more enjoyable. I am sure that with Softbook we have many successful courses and projects ahead of us. I recommend this system to anyone looking for an effective learning solution!

The integration capabilities with other tools we use have greatly streamlined our workflow, and the mobile accessibility allows our team to learn on the go. We appreciate the regular updates that introduce new features, keeping the platform fresh and engaging.
What do you dislike?
While Softbook is largely excellent, I'd love to see improvements in its support response times (+ I want support at night). Occasionally, it takes longer than expected to get assistance with technical issues. Additionally, the pricing structure could benefit from more flexible options, especially for small organizations with tighter budgets.

What do you like best?
Softbook has been a true lifesaver for me as an 2D Motion Designer teacher. In the transition to an online format, learning has become much more convenient and effective. The platform allows for quick generation of performance reports for students, which is very important in my work. I have been using Softbook for several months and I am impressed with its functionality and ease of use.
What do you dislike?
Currently, I haven’t found any significant drawbacks, but I would like to see even more updates to keep our online school at a high level of innovation.

Positive feedback: users note the quality of support, design, stable operation and development of the platform. Free access: the ability to use the platform free of charge for a certain period for testing or migration from other platforms.
What do you dislike?
So far no significant drawbacks or problems in use have been found. About this system you can find positive reviews from users who are satisfied with the support service, design, constant development of the platform and its stable operation. The program shows itself perfectly in work and the only thing that is missing is a mobile application.

Our course had unique needs, and this flexibility permitted us to adapt the system to the distinctive characteristics of our educational process.
What do you dislike?
I can't think of any disadvantages yet, I haven't met them yet. I think the program is good, but I can't say it's exceptional. It doesn't have many features that make it better than the competition.
