What do you like best?
I find it truly commendable that the learning suite continuously evolves its features to address the needs of both end users and administrators. This ongoing commitment to improvement demonstrates a dedication to providing a top-notch experience.
What do you dislike?
There are some occasional glitches here and there, but nothing critical that affects overall functionality. Additionally, there is a bit of a learning curve associated with the platform, which is a common trait among all LMSs.

What do you like best?
When you work in the sports industry, it is very important to have software not only for training your clients, but also for other important things like monitoring and progressing the effectiveness of classes and communications. This platform has many valuable tools such as checklists, report forms, task management and more. It's cost-effective and user-friendly.Also liked that they have their own tech admin who can help with uploading content to the platform.
What do you dislike?
No negative factors for Softbook, every minute detail is perfect and it is also beginner friendly which is a plus.
The upgrade has greatly improved our efficiency and productivity

What do you like best?
With Softbook, we can efficiently create and manage courses tailored to various roles within our company. It allows us to combine multiple courses into essential modules seamlessly. The platform supports diverse content types such as SCORM, videos, and documents, making it incredibly versatile and helpful for our training needs.
What do you dislike?
We occasionally encounter issues with publishing videos in SCORM format, as some students are unable to view them when using Internet Explorer. It would be beneficial if there were designated sections for listing the technical requirements of uploaded courses. This would ensure that all users are aware of the necessary specifications for optimal viewing and would help prevent these viewing issues.
Everything I need for my LMS and its future growth is covered through flexible plans.

What do you like best?
The platform provides all the essentials for launching my online course. It allows me to securely deliver my course materials, whether in PDF format or as videos, and enables me to include questions that help students assess their understanding. Additionally, I have the capability to create multiple courses with various payment options. As a startup, I appreciate the flexibility of the plans offered, which allows for future growth and scalability.
What do you dislike?
I had a hard time changing the theme of my homepage - specifically the background color and headers. From what I've read, this requires some coding knowledge - it would be great if they could be easily changed to hexadecimal colors. I also found it difficult to understand the difference between branches and categories and how to best customize my course - here are some more examples.
In four months of use, i can say that this is a great LMS for today.

What do you like best?
Its intuitive interface, robust features, and adaptability to various educational needs make it an invaluable tool for both educators and learners. Whether for course creation, content delivery, or student engagement, this LMS has proven to be highly effective and user-friendly.
What do you dislike?
In my opinion, it's a great platform and we were able to customize everything to our requirements. The support has been top notch. Only once did we contact support when we couldn't figure out the release schedule for courses and accesses.
The most budget-friendly LMS I've come across. I recommend!

What do you dislike?
The pricing structure can be frustrating due to the significant jumps in tier levels. This means that you might end up paying for a larger sub than necessary unless you opt for an 'active' subscription, which can ultimately be more costly in the long term.

The platform is incredibly user-friendly, and the pricing model has enabled us to grow without a significant upfront cost. They offer a subscription plan that allows us to pay only for "Active" learners. Great knowledgebase and customer support. The platform's flexibility in configurations allows us to cater to diverse groups with tailored services to meet their specific needs.
What do you dislike?
Data importing documentation is good, but needs some work to clarify how to use. Make it more detailed and easier to understand.

The learning materials are effortlessly accessible, the reporting features are dynamic, and the direct upload from Softbook LMS is exceptionally user-friendly. In case of any assistance needed, the Softbook Team is readily available and provides cheerful, knowledgeable support, ensuring speedy responses. I highly and enthusiastically recommend them with the utmost regard.
What do you dislike?
I have nothing I can think of. The reports I require work very well. I do know if I think of an enhancement; it will be welcomed AND worked on as that has been my experience to date.
The top choice I've encountered to date - user-friendly, robust, and excellently constructed.

I appreciate the easy navigation and simple registration process on Softbook. What do you dislike?
I have nothing specific to share at the moment. I appreciate the simple and thorough nature of the school management process on Softbook. When it comes to the Softbook platform, one aspect that stands out to me is its user-friendly nature. Being new to using an LMS and lacking prior experience in managing such platforms, I found the implementation process to be simple and seamless. The platform's capability to upload diverse content in various formats greatly impressed me. Additionally, the custom report feature proved to be beneficial, given its user-friendly interface.
What do you dislike?
The summing up of training hours is not possible as the training hours in the report is generated by text, e.g.31m 55s. So I have to put a formula to sum up the total training hours.
