What do you dislike? The fact that I don't have time to learn more and get more out of the system. I wish I could have more time to build it out more.

What do you like best? The flexibility to manage different catalogs, learning plans and content types has been crucial for meeting our audience's varied needs. We are really happy with the community, which is a great source of inspiration (and troubleshooting as well).
What do you dislike? The platform is powerful, but some configuration aspects can be complex, In our case, the certification logics have been particularly hard to understand and required many tries before being properly addressed.
