What do you like best? The UX is easy to use and great to spend time with, you can get almost any data you could desire. Automations are a great plus.
What do you dislike? The absence of a log might be a drawback when looking for proofs about emails and notifications sent to users.

What do you like best? All the times we've have doubts about existing features or product improvement ideas there's been someone to listen to us and actions have been taken in most of cases
What do you dislike? Some admin features still have a very early 2000s kind of feel (like the notifications area - which I know they're currently working on improving)

What do you like best? Meets most needs for running compliance and professional development learning programs. The development team introduces new features/advances quarterly, which is enough to make you feel like there is true progress but not so speedy as to be difficult to keep up with. Recent changes enabled batch unenrollment and archiving. The Docebo Community is a friendly place to get answers and workarounds, when needed. Customer Support has been decent and occasionally exceptionally good.
What do you dislike? There are some significant drawbacks to the notifications feature but a new notifications engine is on the way next month, so I'm optimistic that some of the things I want to see will be coming or at least possible in the future. Not all entities can be duplicated (learning plans, etc.) which can be cumbersome. There is no real way to retire a course so everyone has some version of a workaround; that's not great.

What do you like best? We chose Docebo as an LMS solution as it provided flexibility, ease of use, and the ability to create a visually branded and designed interface. Our team appreciates that there are meaningful enhancements to continually create a better admin and user experience, which is why we have added it to our long-term roadmap. I personally appreciate the admin support chat and email team.
What do you dislike? the need to have an in-platform authoring tool that is robust, interactive, and has more options and tools. They just launched a version, but it is very basic. This would allow us to launch the platform globally, as other regions need in platform authoring. The other piece is that Docebo has a Salesforce-type technical approach, where they have premium partners that can assist with dev and API work. Their internal team is difficult to reach, and can take weeks and costly to support the platform

What do you like best? I truly liked and appreciated the 16 week Docebo onboarding. Our trainer was professional, patient, and quickly responded to questions. There was a weekly meeting to learn how to use the product as well as ad hoc offering to help members of my team and my colleagued feel confident and supported while developing their course work.
What do you dislike? The account managers kept changing hands during the contract and onboarding phases. The department seems to be a bit disorganized.

What do you like best? The out of the box tool are great for a team with minimum resources. If you are starting your implementation journey, you will have enough to go live. The CSS/HTML customization is a plus, and Docebo provides resources for those that do not know coding.
What do you dislike? The reports feature is good, but it could be enhanced. If you lean heavily on course surveys, this is a gap in the platform. You can have surveys but to pull reporting for it is very cumbersome.

What do you like best? The ability to customise the user experience at a very granular level while still maintaining the ease of use you would expect for a system like this
What do you dislike? Some of the integrations could be better, especially with Go1. It's not bad, but it could be better. The Shape AI authoring tool was pretty terrible, but they have fixed that. I really don't like that we have to pay extra for that, though

What do you like best? What I like is the ability to customize the interface and integrate numerous courses with lots of parameters.
What do you dislike? What I like least is the fact that the functionalities are either not advanced enough, or not user-friendly enough.

What do you like best? The ability to build custom UI and experiences for the end user is a key part of why I like Docebo. Our clients love their experience there.
What do you dislike? Some of the reporting functionality leaves a bit to be desired. Also, the inability to duplicate Learning Plans, among other things, is frustrating at times.
