What do you like best? I like how everything is rooted in a few core features of our LMS and once you have a solid understanding of those it is quite easy to navigate. Building pages, learning plans, and courses is easy to do.
What do you dislike? There is not a lot of customization with the look and feel of the LMS. This could be good or bad. For someone who isn't tech savvy, it is quite easy to use and build pages; however, for someone who is, it can be limiting. Integration with other programs is quite poor (primarily Microsoft Teams for us).

Some users find the user interface to be less intuitive compared to other LMS platforms. This can make it difficult for new users to locate and utilize the features they need efficiently.

What do you like best? With less number of technical issues, its ability to empower by customizing the landing page is a hallmark.
What do you dislike? For 90 % of the organizations, this is most suitable. However, if there is extreme amount of customization and integrations like advanced API's needed then, one may have to incur more charges by opting for Connect. Besides I think, add on features like Connect, analytics should be free in sandbox for testing.

What do you like best? Ease of customization and flexibility within the platform. Overall the look and feel is very nice and should provide our learners with an easy, intuitive platform to accomplish and track their learning.
What do you dislike? Because Docebo is based out of a non-US country, we initially had issues with geofencing and notification management. While this was not a deal breaker, it was another step that needed to be accomplished.
